Due to renovation work I was moved to their other site which was outside the city center so it was inconvenient for me and a bit disappointing but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thankful to the hotel manager and staff that they arranged the stay for me even if outside the city

The hotel has a great location, right in the centre of the town with free parking. Generally, it's good value for money. We visited local friends on New Year's Eve, and just wanted a clean place to sleep. For that purpose, the place was perfect. The breakfast staff was particularly kind, thank you!

We had ragged, really old towels and a filthy towel dryer in the bathroom. Also, I wish the receptionist spoke better English.

Air-conditioning did not work properly. The room was old and it was strangely not proportional. weird angles.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

The room entrance door was open when we got there and would not close. We got a different room but it wasn’t better, the bathroom door didn’t close. The bathtub was dirty and water leaking on the floor. The fridge door didn’t close. We stayed 2 nights and there wasn’t any hot water the first night. Breakfast was good but could be more variety. Very few parking spots. Guests have to find the parking on their own. The staircase and railing very dangerous especially for kids. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.

Clean, excellent location , positive attitude and friendly helpful staff.

The Hotel was very clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was good and the location was very central.

The breakfast room was very suffocating and he no windows, would’ve preferred to have the breakfast in the restaurant. Also my card for the room wasn’t working so I had to go upstairs to activate it every day.

Large rooms and bathroom with a tub. Great location with a view over the central park in Satu Mare. Breakfast included in the price.

I would have liked the appliances to be newer, the bathtub was rusty.

Everything was very old holes in the curtain bed cover towels super old Place wasn’t very clean I found hair from other guests in the shower and floor They offered me another room slightly better but I can’t say I had that hotel experience

Very poor

AC was not working and the room was very hot during the night. The roof windows were placed too high (4meters, really) and we could not open it to get at least some fresh air from the outside.

The location is in the hearth of the city.

The air conditioning is barely working, and it doesn't chill the room in a hot summer day. The parking situation is limited. The breakfast is limited also. Being in the hearth of the city, it gets noisy at night. The place could be cleaner overall.

-dirty-unfriendly staff at the front desk-not so great swimming pool-old furniture (could use some renovation)-every day you had to activate the card room (never happened this before in other places)

the room didn’t have natural light, it’s something unpleasant. it wasn’t very clean. not even a bottle of water in the room.
