Hotel Satu Mare City

The cleanliness and room service and the gentleman at reception desk

Everything was beyond expectations

clean room, cozy bed

Cold in the hotel, in the breakfast room and the breakfast food was cold. The ventilation in the room was noisy.

Central location, staff were friendly and attentive. Free parking.

No housekeeping in a 3 night stay. We had a family of 4 and had to request the towels to be replenished. Is this common?Seems a bit outdated and the room needs some repair. We’ve stay their years ago and were a bit disappointed.

Nice furniture but would need a bit of fixing here and there, nice room, great breakfast, great interior parking

Maybe some refreshing of paint on walls and some furniture, as wear is sometimes visible

Big rooms. Good quiet location. Good breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff

Very good staff, nice place and huge room to stay with a nice view.

Hotel is very well located near the border, but in a very calm area. The personnel in the hotel was very kind, specially in the breakfast area.

The elevator is a bit small, so I had to use the stairs while my family went with it

Clean and modern rooms, AC was working in all spaces.Friendly staff.Hotel can be reached by walking from train station.

Poor breakfast

I liked the location of the hotel and also the spacious room

The breakfast time end too early for a weekend and the bathtub should have a curtain to avoid water spill

Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Fast wifi.

Nothing to notice.

The location was good, the room spacious and the personnel was very nice.

The amenities were the worst I've ever met: the fridge did not work, 2 plugs also did not work (which was a very important issue for me because I needed to charge my laptop), the room smelled very bad - there was a smell of mold, even the towels and bed linen smelled like mold. The breakfast was worst than at a 2 stars hotel (see the attached pictures). Overall, the price I've paid (more than 100 euros per night) was not justified at all.

I was the only guest in the hotel and although they did their best to serve me some wonderful breakfast. The rooms were very neat and the staff was very friendly.

Located just nearby city center, large and comfortable room, spacious badroom, outer and underground car paking friendly and helpfull staff.

The water basin of the toilet was leaking.

Huge room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Nothing to be improved.

The staff was very professional and nice to deal with. The location was excellent. It was a good value for money and a comfortable stay for a couple of days.

The fan in the bathroom did not work.

Good location, friendly staff

Door to the room did not have extra locks, A/C to the room was turned off and the room got a little warm

Breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

I don’t have any negative things about this hotel

Very nice location, very quiet and large parking. The room are very nice, large and clean. Very nice and helpful people. Breakfast was ok.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful (except the men, which could sometimes not be bothered to even greet), and the ladies at the morning buffet are extremely pleasant and customer oriented, especially the one who has cats at home ?. The hotel is in really good shape overall and I highly recommend it. Close to the city centre, great breakfast and welcoming staff.

Rooms a bit outdated. The shower was facing the bathroom door, therefore a part of the door was always wet and falling apart a little. The bathroom door was very hard to open/close. The reception was informed, but nothing was done during our stay. All in all, small stuff. Not a deal breaker.

Big room, parking place, quite are.

No mosquito nets, the air conditioning system was not powerful enough. The shower was quite old and could have been cleaner.
