No breakfast option available due to Easter weekend and there was a defect in bathroom with sharp object in shower which caused an injury. It has been reported to hotel reception

Good location between Berlin and Tropical islands.

Closed restaurant in a hotel, no breakfast. On the other side there were good breakfasts in the center of Bestensee (Café Wahl).

It is only a 17min drive to Berlin Airport. No breakfast offer though, but rooms have been very clean and comfortable, great location to get to activities fast (like hiking or bicycling), there are a lot of lakes near by for swimming. Also the hotel restaurant has been very good and prices are ok. Easy and fast check-in with cash or card.

Restaurant is closed on Monday's and they do not offer breakfast. We only stayed for two nights which included a Monday. But there are plenty other restaurants in the area, so it was not a real problem.

The room was spacious, easily fitting 4 adults (we were a pair with a 6-yo kid). It provided a great value for money!The room and the building was very clean, tidy and maintained.There was a pastoral view from the room's balcony.

It is advised to be with a car. Although the hotel is just 12 minutes walk from the town center, some parts of the path have no walkway.

The staff was friendly at arrival. The area is nice too.

The room itself needs an update on the interior (beds, mattresses etc). The bathroom needs some renovations as well. The shower was small and water sprayed all over. Breakfast wasn't offered due to not enough staff.

I booked the room well in advance, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available and sent me to another hotel. I was not notified before and was not registered as a guest.

We got a room with a view on garbage storage, but at the sams time, there was no direct sunlight, so it wasn't awfully hot. The bed is comfortable, and the room is quite spacious. The staff is very friendly. There was no wedding and it was very quiet. There is an excellent cafe located 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel (but plenty of parking spaces as well). Great for breakfast, served from 6 a.m.

The restaurant was closed, so there were no meals at the hotel.

The first nigth i came there was a water problem in the first level and guests were socked wet with all there stuff, i had to wait till 01:30 AM till the firefighters were finished, and no owner were on site at all.I had my childreen in the car after a long day of travel to stay in the car.There was no breackfest options at all, and in the chat i was told be can have it if we pay extra upon arrival.We could not have access to even water or hot water to drink.

Room cleanliness was ok.

No aircond. The fan was not working and all the caretaker said i cannot do anything about it.. Also, there is no hot water aailable from the kitchen.

It was clean and neat

No fridge available. Toiletries were pretty basic.

We stayed in an apartment next to the hotel, which was new, clean and nicely decorated. Therefore, my rating refers to the apartment and not the hotel.

It’s a nice place to stop over if you’re on the road, close to the autobahn. one night is enough though.

The breakfast. Stay away! Almost only carbs, coffee tasted like hot water, and the eggs were Cold. And they charged €19 for it!

Food in the restaurant was very good.

Pretty small room with the extra bed for our son added. Pillows too flat.

Very convenient location for meeting and seeing off your friends and relatives at Berlin airport (15-20 minutes by car). Restaurant in the same building, large free parking.

It would be nice to have a shelf for shampoo and a couple of hooks for washcloths inside the shower stall.

A nice little Hotel with beautiful surrounding close to the airport with a wonderful restaurant.

The lady who manages the hotel was amazingly warm and attentive. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

It was a hot day and, since there's no air conditioner, it was rather hot in the room to sleep in. The breakfast is overpriced.

Best price / quality ratio in a hotel around Berlin. Quiet location, nice breakfast.

Very nice small hotel, clean rooms. We were there only one night. The lady who manages the hotel was very kind to us and agreed to serve breakfast 30min earlier than usual, to let us get to the airport on time.

Some kettle and minibar could be nice addition to the family room. But we knew they do not have this, so it is just a recommendation.

On a way to Berlin. Restaurant in the hotel was good for a dinner after a long drive.

Breakfast was very basic and too expensive for what you get.
