Comfortable, clean, good food and friendly owners

Lovely hotel, fresh and tastefully decorated. Our room overlooked the river and it gurgled away serenely. Looked after very well. Would love to stay again.

Gorgeous place! Exactly like the photos I loved our room. Friendly staff, great breakfast. A few minutes walk to town. Our room was super comfortable, and good wifi etc

Would have liked a small fridge in the room, and water to drink.

The location was great and also the facilities. The gentleman running the hotel was kind and friendly.

The lady running the hotel wasn't very friendly and often forgot my order.

Everything at this place is perfect. Located in a lovely small town near the river what makes your vine ceremony at the terrace peaceful and calm. Also Hotel has small but nice and clean swimming pull. The room number was very clean and comfortable with adorable interior. Dinner was superb. Owners are lovely and kind.

- could be a nice location if managed by someone else. Here we met the most unfriendly hosts. Be careful not to ask anything from lady owner! First, she snapped at us for not receiving the payment upfront and called us frauds. We tried to explain, in French, that there was a technical issue at bank and that we already paid upon our arrival with the exact same creditcard so there can be no fraud. After that, we were yield at just because we asked for a solution to dry our towels (room did not have any balcony). Lady owner does not refrain from yelling to adults as well as children for no specific reason;- cannot tell how the restaurant, the terrace or the pool (the facility which we paid for) are because we simply were not allowed to use them for the all 3 days we stayed there. Lady owner clearly explained that not all guests have the same rights and she can decide who can use the facilities and who can not! Considering that this atitudine was not pointed towards other guests, I cannot wonder if this discrimantion has nothing to do with the fact that we are not French people;- "très désagréable" is the way we were referred at our full stay there;- no respect for the paying customers at all! Lady owner's motto is: "It's my hotel and I can do whatever I want! Don't like it, just leave!" (with any reimbursement, of course!). She told it to us many times. Unfortunately, it is pretty hard to just leave when travelling with little children;- no fridge - not listed in the description, true, but for 260€/night I would have expected a small one in the room;- rooms are quite small, not exactly sure how they measured them when they came up with the presented numbers;- no parking, not even a small drop-off spot - one would have to carry the luggage from 500-600m away.

Hotel: lots of charm, perfectly located. Room: very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, rooms with aircoBreakfast: every you need was therePool area: nice looking pool with plenty of sunbeds. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel‘s restaurant and the food was excellent.

Really helpful owners who managed to garage our two motorbikes on site for a small fee. We were brought drinks by the pool and the dinner was truly delicious. Overall a relaxed atmosphere in a quaint village.

Very Unpleasant

The hotel itself is quite beautiful but unfortunately our stay turned into a very unpleasant experience. Initially we were very much looking forward to staying in the Hotel, having seen 80 out of 100 photos they’ve put online. We should have scrolled to the very end but it seems that this is precisely their business model: deception. When we arrived the woman at the reception warned us that the room we booked is quite small. We willingly agreed as we don’t have any problems with small rooms in general. When entering the room, we saw that you cannot look outside. There were simply no windows except for a roof window from which you couldn’t see anything. Up on discussing this issue with our room neighbors, we found out that they charged us ca. 15 percent more for the same room. We decided to head to the reception and look for answers. Instead of entering a fruitful discussion including an elaboration of potential options, the patron and his wife became very aggressive and both pulled their masks down. We offered to pay any administrative fees and told the owners that we just want to leave as we felt increasingly intimidated. They told us that it’s out of their hands to let us go and that it’s up to booking. So we called booking and booking sent a cancellation request. After we went back and told them that the only thing they had to do was accept the cancellation request, the woman told us that she would not accept and walked away. I truly have never experienced something of this sort.

Nice hotel in a quite part of wonderfull vilage. Clean rooms however by this price I would expect larger rooms and breakfast to be included in the price like other hotels in Collobriere. Breakfast on the terrace outside was great! Friendly approach.
