- wifi in my room didn't work, only in the breakfast space worked well.
- They were renovating the floor above me all day, waitress was wearing dark sunglasses inside which was creepy. Too many staff and no help, doorman not standing at the door & no help with taking luggage up the stairs (no ramp) & very dated & dusty interior
