Theresian Hotel

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.Continental breakfastand was beyond our expectation. Fresh cold cuts, delicious cooked meals and plethora of fruit and veggies to choose from. Location was convenient to our needs.Our interactions with staff on all occasions were very pleasant. I believe they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as humanly possible.

The bathroom had few esthetic issues. Fallen stucco and leaking spot on the sealing, but nothing unpleasant. The bed was actually little uncomfortable. Loud and screaming drunk people in the middle of the night from outside of the hotel was the only issue I would complain about and consider maybe a different location in the future. But, it was a Saturday night in the midtown, so i think we should have expected that.

The room was large and spacious, the location was excellent and the staff was simply amazing - Rosie, the waitress at breakfast, was charming and smiling, and the staff at the front desk was helpful and generous.

Honestly, there's nothing bad to say.

Staff and location were phenomenal to experience this uniquely local Christmas market town. Quick but phenomenal visit on our way from Krakow to Prague! Highly recommend

The location is great, the building looks good from outside, and the wellness area is well equipped. The interior design is wild.

No Wi-Fi in lobby, there is a ridiculous system of individual networks for each room. Bring your own conditioner. Shampoo too, unless you want to go with the cheapest stuff humanly possible. Pana Cotta and juice were a joke, the cost cutting is brutal.Don't book through booking.com unless you want to be charged for the wellness area. Regular guests have that included in the overall price, while booking.com guests pay extra.

One of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel was the spa facilities. But upon arrival I was informed that if you book from Booking.com the spa is not included and you have to pay more. However, if you book directly from the hotel, then spa is included in your stay. I thought this was a money grab and was very disappointed since if you are a guest staying at this hotel, the facilities should be included regardless. Also I tried communicating this to the management team, but no managers were available due to Easter weekend being a holiday in Czechia.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good.

Once again (stayed at the hotel before), I did not get the king-size bed I specifically requested, even though the option was offered when booking the hotel! I find this disappointing, especially since other hotels manage to accommodate such requests without any issues. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably cold because the heating either wasn’t working properly or the radiators hadn’t been bled. I hate the cold, so unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable at all during my stay.

Great location, right in the city center. Spacious room, very clean, fully equipped. Breakfast was great. the quality as well as the selection. The staff was also top notch, very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend a stay.

The staff of the hotel is excellent, specially Cornelia at the front desk was very helpful at the check in. Hotel is clean. Decent breakfast. Hotel has no parking, however there is paid parking nearby. Close to city center.

Our room didn't have AC, or any kind of ventilation. We were provided with floorstanding fan. The room had rather large windows, but our room faced a backyard, and there was very strong smell of burned cooking and cigarettes long into the night so we could not keep them open. We were there in October and the room was uncomfortably stuffy. Can not imagine in summer.

AC was set to cool the room even when temperature raised on the thermostat so the room was cold. Motion detector turned on hall light when went to bathroom in middle of the night.
