Theatre Hotel

Good clean room and nice breakfast. The hotel has interesting modern design and lighting.Walking distance from the train station.

Wellness, locality, cleanliness, and spacious rooms

Repetitive breakfasts

Very Discreet with good overall service

Steam Bad ( Hamman was not operating the entire time).Sauna, Hamman , massages and Jacazzi along with good service is very important when travelling

The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The free parking was a convenient feature, and having a reserved spot marked with my name added a personal touch that enhanced my stay. The wellness center, included in the price, offered a relaxing environment that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location next to a busy road was a drawback, as the noise became disruptive in the morning, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, it’s not within walking distance of the city center, so I had to rely on my car for any outings, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Fantastic hotel, restaurant and staff.

Really clean and large room. Free wellness for guests that needs to be booked in advance. Breakfast was really tasty and good.

Parking is not properly marked first we entered to casino next to the hotel. There was no information about parking spots, but you can park everywhere where it's free.

Everything was perfect - a true hotel experience, with clean towels and sheets whenever needed, spa included in the price, room service and all that can be good in a hotel. The staff were very helpful, even with non standard questions. The location, albeit a bit remote, was a few tram stops away from the city centre. Breakfast had everything you could want, perhaps more. Can't recommend the hotel more.

All was great.

I like the space in the room and wellness area. The good thing is that entrance to wellness and breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast was delicious.

The mattress was too soft and air-conditioning too noisy. In the room was a coffee but there was no tea.

We stayed only for one night, everything was great. Comfortable bed, interesting shower, tasty breakfast.

Maybe better noise isolation would be nice, we sometimes heard the noises from the next room.

It has a great location and fantastic staff, particularly Miss Eva and Miss Catherine from Reception. These two young ladies were ready to answer questions regarding the surrounding area and to make suggestions for local restaurants. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

The room service menu could have a bigger selection, and the soup of the day needs to be changed more often. The mushroom soup is very delicious and great, but after two weeks, it got a little old.

Good

I have booked 2 standard twin room, breakfast was included in the price. Price on Booking was for 2 adults in each room.Despite this, they asked at the reception to pay extra for breakfast in each room for one person.

Room was very large and had every small touch I could think of. The bed was huge and super comfy too. Reception team were so helpful and accommodating. Overall a great hotel

The A/C was beyond me!!

Breakfast, sauna, parking etc.

I liked the environment they made there. As far as comfort is concerned, it is absolutely unique in Olomouc! There is nothing better. Beautifully done with a luxury restaurant which has a connected entrance right next door, so you don't have to walk outside, but you go directly from the room to the restaurant nice and warm.

Nothing!

bed is very comfortable, room spacious, high quality of cosmetics products in bathroom

breakfast : poore offer , no plain white yogurt available, small portions of vegetables, pastry and bread offer also weak... Comparing high level of dinning restaurant and price of night stay, the breakfast was bad surprice

Beautiful, well equiped and comfortable room, amazing breakfast and very - very nice wellness. Luxurious little things down to the last detail... Parking place marked with a name!!! Entree restaurant - excelent.

Really comfy beds, delicious breakfast and very nice welness area. The staff was friendly and checkin was pretty fast. Overall a really pleasant stay.

Nothing I can think of

Beautiful hotel, spatious room, nice, available staff, amazing breakfast. We also loved the Entree restaurant.

Close to a busy street (including night traffic) plus in the evening noise probably from the bath operation from a different room.TV in our room didnt offer Netflix.

Great clean, decorated roomsLooks like we were first in the hotel!Big roomsGreat bathroomComfortable bedsCasino in front of the hotelGreat wellness

Poor breakfast

Nice boutique hotel.

It is located well out of the city centre. Quite inconvenient if you are not traveling with a car. Also, the hotel shares the location together with a casino and famous smart dining restaurant.
