Location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Beds were extremely narrow.

The staffs were really welcoming. It’s neat and the breakfast was so good. I will stay here when next I visit.

The lifts takes forever to get to you and when you get on it. There’s this funny sound it makes.

We didn't realize that there was a floral show happening upon our arrival into Olomouc. So in some ways we were grateful to even find a place as there were only three options left to us. Typical cookie cutter new hotel. Nothing special and very generic. There was a kettle, coffee and tea. One bottle of water. Location was okay, about a 15 minute walk into Olomouc town centre. On a positive note the front end staff were very pleasant. He even smiled when he charged me €4.50 for two espressos.Breakfast was actually excellent. Glad something was.

There was nowhere to safely store our bikes. We ended up putting them in our room which was a challenge. The room was super stuffy with the aircon on as low as it would go and the fan as high as it would go. With the window open there was quite a bit of street noise. Tram directly in front of the hotel. Okay so the pricing. It was ridiculous! €190 a night. €80 would have been acceptable even €100 for what they offer. Really get annoyed with dynamic pricing. Had no choice so sucked it up.

The hotel is very clean, with a good location and friendly staff, and is a great value for the money. Breakfast is plentiful, and Renata is a wonderful, caring, and attentive server. The only negative is the firmness of the mattress, and the single beds are very narrow, which is a bit of a discomfort rather than comfort. I was hoping for a single larger bed as I was traveling solo. Despite that, I would return if I am in Olomouc again in the future.

The beds are not comfortable - narrow and very firm. The bedding is pleasant, though.

Very good, especially for the price. Has paid parking. The breakfast is nice and varied. It's quiet - there weren't any noisy neighbours in the hotel, no noise from the street either.

The beds are quite hard and quite short - both me at 193 cm tall, and my wife at 180 complained about this - if you're shorter and/or you like a hard mattress - it'll be fine.

The room was very clean, and breakfast was surprisingly good.

I had a room with two single beds, which were very narrow and hard. I can not imagine an adult man sleeping in one of those.

Modern, clean, with all you need for one night. We could take our dog with us.

Great Staff, nice breakfast ( till 10am which is fine). Chair in the lift-good idea! Nice location, very clean. I would stay again.

Narrow beds:( and in the middle od summer thick covers -really really hot.and you have to pay for the parking (small amount, but it is)

1. Although I booked my room more than two weeks ahead of my trip, after arrival to my surprise there has not been available parking for my car. I must park car 400-500 m from hotel on unsecure parking lot. On hotel web is info about underground and outside parking for hotel guests, but not that I have to make reservation of it.This important message should be there, instead note that your stuff will clean my room after I leave. This is not important to any guests and is ridiculous, who cares you leave it dirty. Cannot forget on several annoying emails to tell me to register in advance to shorten check in process. It's hotel job, it only waste my time and my check in time will not shorten by minute.2. Three times I asked to change name on my invoice, because lady at the desk told me that she cannot do it (?????) Why, it is beyond my understanding.I got reply (2x) that new invoice is in attachment, but without attachment and when opened my booking, there is still under the same name (no changed)3. Drinking water is not available as any hotels worldwide I travel is for free. Don't tell me about tap water. In your hotel they sold me water from bar for EUR 2,- Maybe it is CZ custom, but you don't get rich from it. But guests appreciate small things. 4. Smallest double bed we experienced in hotel of your category, feeling probably enhanced after 30 hours on the road.

Breakfast was very tasty and provided good variety of choices.

From a price as steep I would expect more amenities provided in the room. Something like small package of hygiene products as we know them from other companies.At least a minibar or fridge with cool beverage would be convenient in a hot summer.

Friendly staff, close location to town center, clean and comfortable room. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

Like any other European indoor parking structure, the entrance is very narrow and hard to navigate if you have a big car. Fortunately, there is a parking lot outside and although it was extremely hot, it is a nice alternative.

A basic hotel on the outskirts of the city. Clean, calm, and nothing special. Just a hotel to spend a night when traveling through.

Arrived late by car, 5 parking spots behind the hotel are not occupied by anybody. Hotel staff said that we can’t park there as this places were reserved but you cant reserve when book. I said that we are leaving early and just want to sleep and go in the early morning but nobody even wanted to listen. Finally we parked a car on a public parking nearby and had to walk with all our stuff in hands for 5 minutes back to the hotel. It was funny that in the morning when we were checking out there were even more not occupied parking lots (like 6-7)…but who care about your comfort. Awful experience.

The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. The location and the comfort of the hotel were also superb!

The wifi was a bit unstable and slow at times. The room was slightly unclean.

The location of this facility and underground parking were the biggest advantages. Additionally we could leave our car in a parking lot for a few hours just after our checking out.

If you want to stay at room for example an hour longer you have to pay extra for it. I don't know if it is norm in Czechia but during my trips I faced situation like that the very first time.

Very cousy and nice hotel. Very rich breakfest. Nice and helpfull staff. Parking near hotel. Good bed. Ideal location - 15 min walking to old city. All was simply 10 from 10

The staff was perfect, the room was clean and breakfast awesome.
