The experience for the price was excellent. location was very good and overall very nice facility and clean.

Wifi is slow

Breakfast was not included. However, the location was excellent. Only a short distance to bus and tram stops. Also a 10-minute walk to the main square. My room was simply furnished, but clean, and the shared restroom and shower facilities were quite adequate and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped and nice.

The mattress and pillow were a little soft, but not too bad. The accommodation is a boarding house - a step or two above a hostel - but very economical and good value for what you pay.

I don’t like having to share shower and bathroom but it was clean and of course I knew this when I booked it. So for the price it was worth it.

Everything! The bed was very comfortable, Everything was very clean, and the building is very secure. Less than 5 minutes to the main square. Lots of restaurants, as well as two grocery stores close by. If I'm back in Olomouc I will definitely stay here again.

the room in general was okay

I was there alone and booked double female room and they booked male guest in the same room (when we checked his booking he had male room booked). he arrived at 2 am, there was nobody in reception, he had nowhere to stay so I let him in the room. he was from my country and I didn’t want to seem rude but it was very unpleasant experience. I contacted the property later about their stupid mistake, also contacted booking support but they didn’t give me refund. so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE.

Good location, good staff, kitchen available (you need a key to turn on a kitchen hob)

Check-in is limited from 14:00 to 18:00you need to make and unmake the bed by yourselfthe bed creaked

I liked the small rooms. We were only two persons staying in my dorm. It was nice to stay that close to the old town.

It could seriously do with some sound proofing! It's right next to a pretty big street with a lot of noise so it was hard to sleep properly.

Good location, clean, working heat, window that opens.

Had to make my own bed, had to pay for a towel, had to bring dirty linen down, shower was nice except it’s the kind that suits up every 30 seconds so that was annoying.

Some people are staying there long-term and I don't think it's rly pleasant to be accommodated with them when you are staying there for 1 night.

Close to the city and quite ok room. The small fridge in the room was definitely an advantage of this place.Internet was working good. Possibility of self check-in

It was very clean. Only a few minutes by tram from olomouc central train station. Walkable distance to the old city.I was the sole occupant in a room for two.Also I was able to check-in after the hours mentioned on site, the staff arranged for that, and I had no difficulty in entering the hostel.Bathroom etc were super clean .

The loud noise from the road outside was quite disturbing at night.

Exceptionally good location.Spacious room with lots of light.Comfortable and clean beds and furniture.Large, cold fridge freezer in the room.Even though I booked a bed only, I was on my own in the room for the whole duration of the stay, 4 nights.Clean bathrooms, considerate neighbours.

The vending machine wasn’t accepting the coins.

I had my own room. There's a kitchen. Nice view from the room.

The stove was overly complicated. I wasn't given the key to enable me to use it and had to ask for it after wasting time trying to figure it out.

The two-bed room was clean and comfortable. The toilet and shower were also clean

The study area and kitchen are weirdly located and don’t feel comfortable at night and the internet connection isn’t very good

I had a large twin room to myself and a comfy bed. No problem with wifi.

The toilet and bathroom were along the corridor with no light on at night time. There was no hot water in the toilet wash basin. Also, a lack of hooks to hang clothes etc,The kitchen was poorly stocked. Plenty of frying pans but only 1 bowl for use in the microwave, a large steamer and small pan for use on the hob. The dishes and cutlery were crammed on 2 shelves. Luckily I was the only one using the kitchen so no problem for me but had it been busy it would have been difficult.
