Hotel Alfréd a Hermína

Rooms were nice and true to photos with charming decor. Reception responded quickly (although was not clear they are located in another building). Breakfast buffet was ok with a few options. Car park was empty and close - helpful for keeping the stroller easy accessible in the trunk given there was no elevator and we were assigned on the 3rd floor.

Noise pollution was horrible - even on the 3rd floor. There was a pub across the street blasting music and even drunk men playing the trumpet and trombone standing outside from 2-5am on a Sunday evening. With windows closed you can hear everything. Also on a tram line heading to the depo so busy early morning and late evening.

Nice hotel in the city centre, clean and with good breakfast and also possibility with parking on the hotel parking lot.

We choose to pay little more for larger apartment with the bathtub. Unfortunetely the water heater is only 40 liter tank which gives you no possiblity to use it - than we run out of hot water and waiter for another 50 minutes for the hot water. We had to use electric kettle. For this price range you expect more not the bare minimum of getting hot water.

Wonderful property. Loved everything about it including the parking. Only issue is that I missed that there was no elevator so there were many steps up to the top level.

our breakfast was fabulous!! we had to walk about 25m to a small cafe- where I had eggs benedict and a latte each morning. Our apartment was clean and well appointed- the street became quiet after about 2200 except for a random trolley. staff communication was prompt and accurate- and the parking safe and free (on site)

actually everything was perfect for what we paid! we would gladly recommend to any other travelers!

The room is very quiet and clean. It is located in the city center. The only concern from my side is that there is no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs and downstairs. You had better message your arrival time to the personnel in advance to get the key.

Really great place, fantastic location, 5min walk to the old square; delicious breakfast, espresso coffee from a real espresso machine, eggs and omelets freshly made - one of the best breakfasts I have had; the rooms are spacious and nicely designed, there is also useful a mini-kitchen. All together great place and would most likely stay there again.

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. The styling of the room was very tasteful, very pretty wallpapers and well furnished rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfy, we definitely had a good night sleep. Finally, breakfast buffet was very small but offered products and ingredients were of the highest quality and we also received a free yummy coffee together with a cake and freshly made omelet. Surely, this place is not cheap but it is definitely worth your money, so we will come back one day again

Soundproofing isn't the best, we could hear children running downstairs (or upstairs?) in the morning and evening. Thankfully, it wasn't during the night hours so we didn't it as much

When we arrived there was no hot water and the staff turned it on later. Hotel has AC but it is only on the third floor. So when booking - check it twice.

It was nicely decorated and well located.

No air conditioning so the room was quite warm. We thought based on our booking criteria that the rooms would be air conditioned.

Very friendly staff. Apartment was beautiful and very clean. I recommend this little, friendly hotel to all visitors of Olomouc.

This is a lovely boutique hotel that provides with a lovely home experience - our small studio was perfect for two people and would even allow us to cook in there. It looked stylish and neat. The bed was simply AMAZING. It was one of the best night sleeps.Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast with a very nice and diverse menu. The location is also really good as you can easily walk to the historic centre to explore it.

No minuses really, except that for the breakfast the vegan and gluten-free options are not freely available and you have to pre-order and pay extra for it.

The hotel is very well located at the edge of the center of the city, making everything very easily accessible on foot (and with several tram stops nearby). The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, coming at an extra cost, was well worth the investment.

Beatiful design, each room is unique.In the centre, 2 minutes from everything. Great breakfast with quality ingredients - eggs and sausage made on request, not hours before. Parking in the yard for 4 Euros. Be aware, entrance IS narrow!The room is very well eqipped, slippers, earplugs, etc. just in case you need it.We will definitely come back.

The bathroom was just with bath no shower (my personal preference). Entrance into the parking is narrow as shown in description, if you are travelling during weekend/holiday better to park on street, where always was the space and it’s for free out of business days

Small and cosy place very close to the center. The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and tasty, and the stuff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own parking in the courtyard, payable extra fee, but very acceptable price for the possibility to leave your car so close to the center (parking places along the street were always occupied, and prices for street parking are much higher). There was no problem for leaving the car in the hotel parking before check-in and after check-out. During the stay I felt like somewhere in the village, far away from city noise: the room was very quiet (with windows to the courtyard), no sounds of the cars or any walking companies in the evening, only birds singing :) This hotel is a wonderful place and I deeply recommend it for everybody to comfortable stay in beautiful Olomouc city!
