Nothing to do in the evening ; no pool table / table tennis / mini golf . Just a big nothingvery boring

Bathroom, cleanliness

There is no coffee or tea making machine in the room. The radiators are cold, it is not possible to dry bathrobes.

Helpful staff, good buffets with large selection of food. Overall clean property.

In my opinion, this was not a 5 star hotel and rooms needed to be redesigned and updated. There was no shower in the room, only a hand sprayer at the back of a huge tub that was very difficult to get into. The water knobs were hard to turn and I burned myself trying to figure out how to use them. There was mold in the caulking at the back of the tub and the carpeting was worn in the room. The large room was clean and had a nice balcony but was laid out oddly with the toilet next to the side of the bed and the tub room on the other side. The hotel should restrict guests from walking around in bathrobes and slippers in the lobby and bar. It was very odd. Lockers are provided in the pool area and guests could change there. The showers in the pool area had no soap or any place to put one’s own.

Beautiful location, food was good, during our stay there were some maintenance works on the hotel pools but we had access to the pools in the neighbouring hotels, staff is very polite.

During the dinner, we expected that nonalcoholic drinks are included in the package like in other hotels, but that was not the case

the hotel and spa it self very nice and offer all you need. however the location (village) guite boring without other activity possibilities

Furniture in the room is showing it's age and wear.Some of the staff members not the friendliest.I'd say this is a 4 star place.

3 star hotel at most.. run down, for a 5 star hotel it did not even have basic amenities.. the pools were run down and dirty, (rust stains all over the outdoor pool) food was not bad, but nothing to brag about.. we will not be back for that price.. no value for what we paid. Even Therme 3000 in winter was a disappointment.. the client tell here is people who are retired, and dont care about value/price ratios..

Food, facilities are clean, checkin staff, swimming pools.

Less than pleasant waiter maybe having a bad day- didn’t subtract from the experience.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at reception and bar. Vicinity to the golf course is a plus.

Definitely not a five star hotel. One could say that even four stars is overrated.For example the fittings in the bathrooms are so old that you can hardly turn them.The cushions on the sunbeds by the pool are disgustingly dirty. Also you get only one towel for the spa area, so if you want one more to at least try to cover the cushions you need to make a deposit on the reception. So three stars would be appropriate for this establishment.

I like that you get your own table and can keep it, so you know it is always available. Food is always amazing and staff is friendly and always helpful.

A hotel that does everything to get 4 stars. What is 5 stars: relatively new premises, bathtub with mineral water in the room.

What is 4 stars: non-functioning air conditioning in the rooms, which only blows warm air.When we arrived, the waiter in the aperitiv bar looked like he was there for punishment.You are assigned a table in the hotel restaurant, ours was occupied by other guests on the last day. I was dealing with it - reaction was, that apparently there was a mistake and someone dropped our reservation. A thing that should not happen in 5* hotels.And I still think that the dress code for dinner in 5* hotels should not be flip-flops, shabby shorts and a pulled-up T-shirt. And I saw such clothes there. I thought that the golf hotel would keep some kind of credit, but it doesn't and the dusty golf cart above the entrance doesn't help either.I didn't say with this review that I won't come again - the black water really helps me. I just wanted to say that I don't see the difference between 4* Ajda and 5* Livada.

Great breakfast in terms of quality and variety. Spacious rooms. Towel and slippers inside the room. Absolutely perfect location where you can access the Therme / Aqua Park directly from the hotel.

The bathtub in the room was not 100% clean.

You have a lot of food options, the staff is amazing. Overall atmosphere is great, really calm, great pools.

The hotel could use some touch-ups since it’s a 5 star hotel.

The sofa bed in the suite is not comfortable for sleeping.

We enjoyed the large rooms with large bathrooms with "jacuzzi" type bathtub and lovely terrace. Spa area in Livada Hotel was very nice, from the outside non-filtred dark water pool up to the inner warm pool surrounded with many chairs to relax on. We actually had no reason to go the the main Terme 3000. Also, we enjoyed the Thai massage centre - highly recommended. The area offers the possibility of short trips - you can visit historical city of Ptuj, Maribor city, or nice lake and park in Murska Sobota. Comfortable parking - a large one in front of the hotel for free, and garage for 10 euro/day which provides free electric car charging.

Breakfast and dinner did not meet my 5* expectations, compared to other 5* hotel I have visited. Breakfast was all right, but for dinners I had problems to choose something.Fitness centre is very small, 2 people make a crowd there.

the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The thermal baths are open from 8 am to 9 pm. It would be good if they were open earlier. Dinner was good, but water with dinner could be included in the price. Drinking water cost about 3 euros. The location is bad. Not much hiking and family outings near the hotel.
