Extremelly pleasant satff at the breakfast.

Cleanliness, view from the room.

The hotel is just a short walk from Ostrava Arena, which makes it ideal if you're in town for a concert or any other event. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean (thank you, Eliska!), although the old carpet diminished the overall cleanliness feel.

The rooms felt quite dated, and I would consider the hotel a 3 star at best. Our stay included access to the wellness center, but we weren’t able to use it since it was already at full capacity, mostly with outside guests. The gym felt unwelcoming and had only a small number of machines. I would say it was poor value for money.

I had just small snacs in the evening and it was perfect. Beer was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

Great mes for dinner and for breakfast.rooms are wll equiped you can make a tea or coffee in the room for your own.

Only 70 minutes is free for the wellness and gym.would be better offering 130 min

Bathroom - shampoos were not so good, water didn’t run properly and you needed to wait (it was too hot or too cold).

Good Spa but naked men were everywhere even out of “ naked zone “

Bad cleaning , no clean towels during 5 days of stay

We went to Ostrava, solely to Watch a soccer game, and so the location was excellent, only a 100 meters from the away entrance to the Stadium. The staff was very kind and serviceminded, it was very clean everywhere, and the breakfast was fine.

Apparently, this is a 4* hotel? It’s like stepping back in time, entering the 1970’s, for real. Since there is no restaurants and bars nearby, we ate there too. The food is mediocre. There’s construction work in parts of the hotel, be aware of that. This is not a cheap hotel, but it somehow feels like it is, sadly.

It was a bit cold in the room.

Breakfast was great! Two ladies were very nice with big smile, and working hard and took all our used dishes. Thank you? On the other hand, kids wanted to see cat robot to work. Robot was going around to take dishes but we had no dish to give?

When we checked in, front desk clerk didn’t tell us anything regarding wellness. So we didn’t know there was a wellness voucher together with room key.When we went to the wellness, we didn’t have voucher, so we had to go back to the room to take it. It’s easier if wellness staff can check our room number and the name in the system and let us in without the voucher. If not, front desk clerk has to make sure to tell guest about it. This happened to my family and my friend’s family.

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, convenient area, very nice staff.

They had to change me to a different room. Not all rooms have refrigerators, which I find ridiculous in this day and age! The property needs updating with USB ports and maybe a welcome bottle of water! The breakfast quantity changes from day to day. The TV channel selection is very poor, especially for international travelers. The advertisement implies that the spa is included. It LAs not. You get a voucher to the pool for 70 minutes.

My door didn't close and didn't "latch" unless I slammed it...it would stay open and anyone could just push it open. Room 315.

Great time spent. Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff as well as restaurant staff. Very good breakfasts. Super spa area! We will definitely be back! Thank you !

Excellent location. Clean and nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Complimentary use of great swimming pool / wellness facilities.

Wifi did not work in 2 out of 4 rooms we booked, and signal was poor in another room as well.

there was a noice during the whole night coming not from the room but from the technical part within the building.

We had Ples Univerzity in this hotel, therefore it was reason of my booking and we were not disappointed ! The room was specious and clean. Bathroom clean with all necessary things for staying. The staff was very friendly and helpful.In the morning we had a breakfast which was delicious and set us up for the day. I am a fan of the apple strudel, so I was happy to have it for my breakfast. It's all very impressive and beautifully decorated and we couldn't fault the service provided. We would definitely come back!

Relatively clean, not the worst breakfast, although the bread could be fresher.

Saving on heating when it is cold is not the best idea. The room was cold, with no way to adjust the temperature. The room itself is reminiscent of hotels in the 1980s in terms of design, space and furnishings. I have no idea why it is qualified as a four-star hotel - it is a misunderstanding.

Disappointing

They are not able to generate invoice in electronic form. Which is basically just the matter of will. But it seems to be no will among employes. We also wanted to stay in restaurant at 10PM. Despite the fact that the restaurant should be open till 10:30PM, it was not possible and restaurant was closed.
