Mini Hotel Akord

Breakfast is good and room is comfortable but smells like a smoking room even though I reserved a non-smoking room. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly

In one day, running water was not working. And hotel staff was not helpful at all

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was a big plus. Breakfast was also good.

I have stayed here before. Decent breakfast, clean, not far from the T2 and comfortable enough for the price.

Clean room

In the hotel was very strong smell of some chemical detergent. Stairs for upstairs is really unstable and not safe. Breakfast is limited.

Only 3 spots for parking. But behind the hotel a huge free parking. Also some drunk people were behind the hotel all our staying. No problems with them, but little bit scared.

Pleasant hotel with reasonably sizeable rooms. Breakfast buffet was quite varied and changed every day, which was pleasing. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a bit out of town, it's within ten minutes' walking distance of a tram stop with direct service into the city centre and the two main train stations.

When I was there, the price was a bit steep by provincial Czech standards (though this may have been to do with some cultural and sporting events happening in the city that week). Cleaning ladies weren't very good at replacing shampoo / shower gel (though when receptionist was alerted to this, she quickly found me some shampoo). A bit far out of town, though, as noted above, it's an easy connection by tram.

I was surprised at how pleasant my stay was. The room was small, but very clean. The personal was super friendly. There are a few grocery shops not far away, and a bys stop. Very nice experience, thank you l.

A clean, friendly, comfortable hotel offering excellent value and a very copious breakfast, located out of the centre but on bus routes and near tram lines.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and more or less everything you need there, the breakfast goos selection; the workers doesn’t speak English well but was ok to communicate for basic stuff.

After 21:00 need to call the doorman to open the door for check-in. The parking is free only for a night and it needs some czh coins to pay from 8-20:00.

It's good money for a value deal. Also, the breakfast was decent continental.

breakfast was ok but the room where it was served was tiny and off the main restaurant despite the restaurant being empty. felt strange to be sent to the back room. Despite this, our stay was great value for money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Akord in Ostrava and I'm extremely satisfied with my stay. The feature that stood out the most to me was the variety and quality of food, which was simply exquisite. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Moreover, I noticed that the value I received greatly surpassed the price I paid for the stay. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Ostrava. All of this made my experience positive and I believe that Hotel Akord is a place worth staying at.

Check-in hours should be without restrictions, after all, it's a hotel. However, the check-out time should be extended to 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM, not just until 10:00 AM.
