Excellent hotel in the centre of the city, near Karolina gallery shops and near tram stop. Very quiet and clear room. Delicious breakfasts!! Worth to return for some time!??

Had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The location is awesome – very convenient with access to trams, Bolt, and buses, plus it’s near Ostrava UAN and the Main Train Station, making travel super easy. One small suggestion: it would be even better if complimentary water was replenished when empty. Other than that, everything was very good.

A plus for having an active reception at 3:00 a.m.

Arrival at 3:00 a.m., unfortunately, I didn’t get any sleep or rest because renovation work in the hotel started at 6:00 a.m., and the noise was very intense.

everything was perfect, staff was best of all hotels i visit last 10 years best staff ever thank you very much the guy who was at reception at Saturday at 12-13:00 a clock he helped me to start the car my battery was dead i forgot somthing open during the night at the morning the car didn’t start i asked for help im reception it was one guy with golf 6 he helped me to much thank you very much for help and hard work with my car about 1 hour he fixed my battery , i tryed him to give some money but there was ni possibility he didn’t accept nothing, im really happy I sleepd on what hotel i got late check in and late check out thank you very very very very much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Overal I was satisfied with the stay.

It was noticable that the room was not ventilated for a long time, also a little dusty. I guess the reason was that the room was cleaned and left untouched for many days.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Considering the property, there was a very good breakfast choice and personnel working in the breakfast room were very helpful. I was there for a festival so needed just a room and shower which was very basic but super clean. Had a lovely view over festival site (National monument Vitkovice area) and Beskydy mountains on the horizon.

Whilst I booked the most basic room, I would have appreciated a hairdryer and fridge in the room as well as better lightning in the bathroom.

Stayed there for ice hockey championship. Staff really friendly and helpful

Breakfast is a full buffet, very nice, among one of the better breakfasts I've had. Reception staff handled everything fine and advised on security for my motorcycle outside. Spoke English which is nice.

For the quality of the room, not quite worth the price. There were tiles missing from the shower in the bathroom. Room was pretty dated and rather small. Priced regarding the city, it's about right. But just going off the room alone, it's not good value for money, I have stayed in much better for less.

Easy to find right next to shopping mall. Car park in front of the hotel. Big room with bathtub in the bathroom…big one.

Somewhat budget-friendly accommodation in the middle of nowhere. I wouldn't stay if the company offices were not so close to the hotel.

Stuck in the late 20th-century post-communist style. Simple accommodation, lack of any style or tone.
