Quality Hotel Ostrava City

Great parking, great access from the parking lot into the lobby. It’s just like your average business class hotel in Houston. Good food, good beer, very good staff. (Much better better than Houston. :)

Sometimes they slap two single beds together and make it look like a king size bed, then in the middle of the night you end up falling on the floor in between :)

Ensuite not clean. Bed mattress worn. Breakfast offering poor.

Breakfast was rich, even it was the same hot buffet offer for all 3 days. Parking, 2 saunas, quiet rooms, everything new and clean, small gym...

maybe to change the breakfast offer, whirlpool in wellness and kneip not working

The hotel is brand new and very spacious. Very clean and light. The breakfast is varied, we loved it

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean. Overall a great value. I wasn’t here for the first time. I like to come back. Great place for visiting Ostrava and its monuments and attractions.

The room is really lovely and comfortable. The service was absolutely fantastic! Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area of Ostrava, just a short walk or very short trolleybus ride away from the city center and train station. Also the airport express bus stop is just beside the hotel (we came by train from Slovakia, left by plane to Poland, so tested both connections). Rooms are very comfy, clean and large, suites are perfection. We last stayed in this hotel back in 2017 when it operated under a different brand, and while it was great then, 7 years later it seems even better and cleaner, I guess they update the room decor regularly as it all seemed shiny and new. Very comfy beds. And the staff was also very nice. Mini bar stacked very well and they have vending machines near reception with even more stuff. A supermarket and a very cool local pizzeria/pub are located just across the street, check your map app, as they may be hard to see behind the trees, but they are there and the pizzeria is soooo tasty!

Nothing bad to say. I was expecting the windows not to open, as in many hotels of a similar design, but they do open, not all the way but enough to give you a choice of air con or fresh outside air.

They didn't clean my room and even after I asked, they re-arranged and didn't necessarily clean it. And I asked a second time with a lengthy complain and it was clean with free water and the room was better than when I checked in. A little inconsistent if I may say so.

Convenient location for short taxi drives. Room very nice.Good for one night.

Breakfast very disappointing. Eggs not made to order and therefore looking old, dry and like rubber. No pastries or butter when we arrived and not replenished. Hit food also just mediocre.
