Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly on check in and check out. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent.The breakfast was good, not excellent, but for the venue and price paid it was fine. I would stay here again.

Great location right in the center of the unique and charismatic city of Ostrava. Friendly welcome/attentive receptionist, who wished me a happy birthday in advance :) All receptionists were nice and helpful, the same the breakfast staff. The buffet was great! Clean and cozy room, which I enjoyed returning to and where I could relax well. Public transport just a few steps away. Thank you and see you again!

I stayed for four nights, and overall my experience was good. The hotel has a nice location, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The room wasn’t very big, but it was quiet and comfortable enough. Breakfast was also good, with a decent selection; the area is a bit small, but I never had to wait in line.

What I didn’t like was the room service policy. I didn’t request daily cleaning, so they cleaned the room only on the third day - which is fine - but they didn’t restock basic amenities like toilet paper and the small shampoo packs. Also, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for me.

I went just for one night, but my room was very clean, no weird odor, bed really comfortable and the location where the hotel is situated is really good in hand and the staff was really kind and lovely

There was only one thing that standed out.I am former a breakfast cook and I did noticed just a little something. I'd recommend to cut fresh vegetables and fruits right in the morning. It has been seen that those were cut either day or two days before which is not pretty for an eye. For me it was no bother, but there can be sometimes more "special" guests which could be by that irritated.As of leftovers, from vegetables can be made really good cream soups or creams and as of fruits, let's say orange, can be pressed into a juice and given at breakfast for next day.And as for the eggs, I'd rather make the eggs when they are ordered by guests, like this can hotel save many eggs when they are not eaten and guests become fresh egg servings. And maybe I'd add bacon ? bacon people like more than sausagesBut otherwise very good job ? please take this referee just as I gave a tip as a help hand

Wifi was low

The facilities are little bit old but functional, clean and in a good conditions. The breakfast are tasty. Very good ratio value/price.

The frontdesk is not 24/7. There is a security only during the night able to give you the key but you must have paid before.

A little bit dated.

The location is great, within walking distance from the center, and a bus stop right around the corner. A supermarket is also within walking distance. The room was a great size for one person, and the bathroom just as good. The rooms are also air conditioned, which is rare in Europe, but it made sure that the room was very comfortable to sleep in! Breakfast was good. They don't have everything, but they have most of the staples, enough to satisfy.

There's not much space in the breakfast room, so it can happen that there are no tables left when everyone happens to come and eat at the same time.

Everything is always perfect. A variety of food for breakfast is amazing and tasty.Breakfast room clean and quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is prime. I have been there several times by myself and with my husband as well, and always satisfied.

The hotel provides all necessary things. The breakfast is delicious. The plus is it is at the heart of Ostrava.

They forgot to change my towels even after 3 days.

Apartment located close to the center. The hotel has parking available (a bit narrow entrance). Breakfasts are good but there is not a big choice.

Good location, nice room.

Lady serving the breakfast ignored us and other people waiting for a table for breakfast. She asked us for a room number and than just let us stand there, she went to clean glases and ignored the fact there is a free table, but not cleaned up. But she was pleasant and very active when man in a suit came for a breakfast and took him to some other room. I guess I should have worn a tie for a breakfast.
