Location, access, staff, cleanliness.

Apparently there are default rooms and comfort rooms. In the basic room there’s air conditioning that isn’t working, they took of the remote, it’s for extra price

Everything was above par, location, facility, staff and the breakfast was outstanding.

Absolutely wonderful and truly helpful front desk staff. The room was really lovely, clean, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was great.

The location is on Stodolni Ulice, which is a huge party street that I wasn't aware of it. The pounding music, which continued until 2 am, was unbearable.

The street lufe is a little bit noise, but if you like the shon it is not disturbing.

the water pressure was so low that taking the shower was almost impossible. i wouldn’t call the breakfast particularly tasty. The bed and towels smelled slightly funny.

I recently stayed at the Ruby Blue Hotel in Ostrava and, unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by its advertised rating. This hotel is far more suited to a 2-star classification, rather than a 4-star standard.Upon arrival, the entrance to the hotel was narrow and inconvenient, with a staircase that proved uncomfortable and challenging for guests. The reception area resembled that of a student dormitory rather than a professional hotel setting, and regrettably, the receptionist was unable to communicate in English, which created an additional barrier.The room, although functional, resembled that of a basic hospital room. The decor lacked any style or warmth, with only two lights providing minimal illumination, making it impossible to create any sort of inviting ambiance. The chair in the room was also uncomfortable, detracting from the overall experience.The bathroom was stark and felt more suited to a medical facility than a hotel. It appeared to be designed with accessibility in mind, yet it posed significant inconvenience: after showering, the floor became completely wet, making it difficult to access the toilet. Additionally, the use of metal and plastic materials throughout created a cold, clinical atmosphere.While there are several other aspects I could mention, I will conclude by stating that my overall experience was disappointing. The hotel felt more like a repurposed clinic than a 4-star accommodation, and I did not feel the comfort or luxury typically associated with such a rating.

The property is well located. Parking is offered just in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good.

Bed was comfy room was clean, very noisy at night got very little sleep, pay extra for parking when we arrived this hotel is highly over rated more like a 2 star. Breakfast was average.

It is very close to the center.The staff is helpful.

The blue light from a device placed above the bed (possibly wifi) did not let me sleep at all at night.The carpet in the room needs to be changed.The breakfast is poor and needs improvement, especially for vegetarians and vegans.

Very nice and helpful receptionists. Rich buffet breakfast with glutenfree options or for diabetics. Clean.

But the noise! Also in winter you cannot sleep bcs a disco is just in the next house and in a courtyard below windows. No escape. Either you must be very cool or deaf person or just go party too. ? It is very busy street for a night life. Was silly to book a hotel to sleep there. However, the hotel itself is really good, was just our bad choice.

Nothing in particular. Considering that it is a downtown area with people walking around late at night, I think the noise problem is inevitable.

I booked very late at night as flight was cancelled, thank goodness my booking was accepted at such a late time

wonderful breakfast, normal hotel, convenient but very noisy place, right next to a nightclub, music plays until 5 am, impossible to sleep. I do not recommend it to those who want to rest.

Perfect localization, I did not experience any problem with surroundings as most of the clubs and pubs were closed (it was November). The room was spacious, very big bathroom well prepared for the people with disabilities. Good breakfast.

The only thing that was a bit odd was the bathroom. I do understand that it was suitable for people with disabilities, but even person on a wheel would mind any curtain in the bathroom. Without it all the bathroom can be full of water, especially concerning the fact that the floor is not profiled well for the water to drain.
