Did not realise that property had no elevator. Had to climb 2 very long stairs to get to room. If the gentleman at reception wasn't so kind as to lug our bags up for us (very impressive feat) we would have gone elsewhere. But if you're travelling light, the location is good; right between old town and boutique shopping.

Position was great, also easy access to a free parking as we were by car. Room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom, the shower was very large and clean. We could not try the breakfast as we needed to leave early.

The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was not thick at all and the bed in general very low. The breakfast on a Sunday opens only at 8AM so we did not manage to make use of it as we needed to leave earlier, while the other days it starts at 7AM.

Room was ok, a bit old fashioned but clean. Huge bathroom with amenities.

Personnel does not speak english. Breakfast was awful, food was not fresh at all, old ham on the breakfast choice. Bedlinen and towels were washed with very strong detergine, smelled so strong.

Amazing find. Great staff and recently renovated room. Brilliant location and breakfast.....will definitely be back.Noticed most of the negative comments focused on the Hotel not having a lift which I find very unfair as there are only 3 floors and the majority of the rooms are on the first two.

No lift, so someone with luggage may struggle. Also, be aware of local church, bells at 8.45 am on Sunday. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room.

No fridge or kettle in the room. Couldn't make a drink, and couldn't keep soft drinks cold, the temp outside was 31 degrees, there was no toast at breakfast, it was all salad and veg, not my kind of brrakfast

The staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. Location of the hotel is very good.

Saturday from 10 to 4 am there is a disco on the ground floor of the hotel, very loud music and noise until 5 in the morning. Old style disco, a lots of drunk people in the entrance of the hotel. Not very safe .

Night shift employee was the biggest asset of this hotel. Very accommodating and smiled person. Other thing that I liked was breakfast and location - near Pigal squere, right in the center.

My room was connected to extra room which was totally empty. It would be a good idea to add there a sofa and armchairs to fill the space and make it more comfortable for travellers.

The hotel shares one entrance within the hotel restaurant which turns into a nightclub on the weekend. Witnessed some rowdy clientele being removed by police from the nightclub and so we felt as if we were walking into a police precinct not a hotel when returning from the town.

Towel had holes. No elevator. I had 2 suitcases, 2nd Flor, bad back. Very old hair shampoo, toilet seat broken.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Firstly, the beds were terrible. They creaked with every movement, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff was also extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed to have no interest in providing good service.The breakfast was downright awful. There was hardly any choice and the quality of the food was abysmal. It seemed like they made no effort to serve a decent meal. I was truly disappointed.As if that wasn't enough, there was a disco taking place downstairs in the hotel during the weekend. The noise was deafening and it was impossible to relax or enjoy my stay. Additionally, there were loud drunken people outside on the street, making noise throughout the night. It was a complete nightmare.I will never go back to this hotel and I definitely won't recommend it to others. It was a total waste of my time and money. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer much better service and comfort. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Good location . Very clean. Old fashion but charming room furniture and hotel restaurant. Nice breakfast.

No elevator, rooms starts from upstairs on level 1. Building needs to be renovated from outside.

Personal tried their best to communicate in english & they were quite nice.

It was clean, but we found some items in the desk which definitely were from previous stay... Same thing regarding on the clost we found breakfast desk, but it was clean just randomly placed.
