Very decent standard as for *** hotel. Great location if you are planning a local mountain walks. Free parking.

Didn't have a room for 4 we could all sleep in as a family so had to split onto 2 rooms

internet is very bad.not only the bandwidth is slow (5 to 6 Mb/s) due to the number of user but the signal is really poor despite being near the router. We changed room to get a better signal but it was the same.Even the TV could not connect!in 2023 it is not acceptable to have such bad internet connection in an expensive hotel.

Great value for money option. Nice rich and tasty breakfasts with a lot of options to choose. Bike lock room.

Beds are too soft according to my preferences.

No AC, but we were ok this time, too soft bed and big pillows.

A little far from the city center.

Location near Bielsko Enduro Trails, big space for bike storage and strong breakfast.

View from our window breathtaking. Location is perfect for hiking in summer and for skiing in winter. If you have a car there is parking and easy access to all roads but also there is a bus stop to city center right in front of hotel. Very good stay in Bielsko

Good value for money. Room was spatious, had a tea set and a water boiler inside, big parking. Good location for travelers by car.

Carpets and furniture require capital cleaning. Everything else was OK.

A decent size of the room and fairly clean. Smart tv which is quite rare in the region, especially in local hotels. Really good location for people looking for holoday near the mointainside.

We had to change the room because of the unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom. Wasn't much of an issue but it is worth mentioning. Single beds. The first of the receptionist was nice and helpful but the second one was very incompetent which almost ruined the experience for us.

Place was in perfect spot.

Breakfast was drama. Looks like was not fresh at all. And 2 days later was the same ham from the day before. And was stinking .

The stuff was helpfull and very nice. Local restaurant is from another times, but they served great meat.

Lack of balconies (but i knew that before coming).

Breakfasts were tasty and fresh. We could choose between cooked stuff like fried eggs, omelettes, sausages and traditional breakfast things like cereals, yoghurts and sandwiches. Unfortunately, new products did not appear too often and meals were a bit boring.

I would appreciate new products on the table at least every second day,

Our room was spacious and clean, and worked well for our family. We even had space for our dog. The hotel is very close to local mountain biking trails, which was great for us since mountain biking is the reason we came to the area.

Saturday night there was a group partying late into the night which made it difficult for us to sleep. It wasn't clear whether they were in the hotel or outside of it, though, so I'm not certain there is anything the hotel could have done.

I do not recommend.

My wife left a phone in bed in the room where we were staying. The last position of the phone was in the hotel. But they told us that they didn't have it, so it was stolen. Shocking.

Good

The shampoo dispenser was broken and sitting on the floor of the shower. The (small) television was up near the ceiling which was an unusual location and very uncomfortable to watch.

Very good hotel with all facilities. Nice lounge with bar. Very good restaurant.
