It has everything you need – from basic amenities to additional conveniences. The communication with the owner is quick and hassle-free, ensuring a stress-free stay. Perfect location. Great apartment.

The only downside was that after I showered in the morning I realized there is no hairdryer in the apartment despite being listed on Booking as one of the amenities. The guest in the apartment next door to me also didn't have the hairdryer but one was delivered to her around 11:00 am the next morning. When I contacted the staff much earlier I was told there isn't any hairdryer. I wasn't even offered that they could bring one to me. A hairdryer is an inexpensive but basic necessity. Why not have one in a room?

Excellent location & facilities

I couldn't get the coffee machine to work, but as there were plenty of cafes around it was not an issue.

Wonderful and quiet position, the apartment is very modern and cozy. There's a nice desk and good wifi so you can easily use this place as a base for smart-work. In the area is plenty of restaurant, shoops, breakfast places etc. Definetely a good place to stay for work trip in Bielsko.

It's hard to set the a/c and ventilation system. The light and windows and even doors system is very technologic and a bit complicated, for aged or not-tech people can be problematic.

The bed was extremely good -- one of the best beds that I have slept in hotel/apartment on Booking.com Extra surprise was the Finish tub on the balcony.

Extremely technical apartment: the lights, the outside window blinds and opening and locking the door. We got all explanation in Polish sent to enter the house and the apartment, that we needed assistant with. We also had problem locking the apartment and needed many attempts.

everything was really great

no parking - I used city parking place - price was 5 € per day. Problem was to find place in afternoon.

Everything , very cleanly, great equipment, nice view from the balcony. Very cool location at the city center.

awesome breakfast, I could choose from so many options! the apartament was great and extremely comfortable. the terrace with the view was amazing! It's a fantastic setting for a date, or a weekend with your loved one.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed - it was actually two separate beds lined up beside each other. while comfortable for a sleep without much cuddling together - it's ok. but for any more activities this doesn't work.

Modern, super clean and well equipped room. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need. The bathroom was also super clean and well equipped.The terrace was really nice with a great view.It was in the center of a city with a short walking distance to everything you need.

I did not have breakfast! However, the apartment was needless to say exceptional! I come to Bielsko quite often and i stay at various places, usually its just ok. But this time around my trip to Bielsko was fantastic due to the fact that my accomadation was outstanding! Fot the first time my trip was amazing! Thank You so much! The location and the apartment itself is 10/10!!!! Oh and the fact that its totally keyless! what a pleasure!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The ambience, decor and view.

Small size of bed. Single mattress was small for person of 6ft height. Pillows were cushion size. For stay more than one night, more bathroom towels should be provided.

It was perfectly situated for the town. The apartment was new and very comfortable

We liked the fact that the appartment had a fresh and tastefull interior and rooms were not cluttered or tight. Kitchen is adequately equipped. Place is basically in the middle of the city so perfect as a base for wandering on foot. Quiet at night and

The place is nice and tidy at the first glance but cleanliness is not up to the same standard as the location and design are. Still, not dirty but could be better and I am not talking about hard to reach areas and me checking with a magnifying glassShower cabin as an example. The fact that one is booking a spot with bubblebath but still has to ask for permission to use it after checking in (as per instruction hanging right beside main entrance) is peculiar.

Easy entree, great appartement and direct in the center

Location was fantastic, the apartment was clean and had the essentials when we got there. It had a lovely balcony and the host was very good at responding very quickly to any questions we had.

All was good there was no negative about it.

Great amenities, very interesting design elements and lots of space.

The light solution / light switches are very confusing and you need manuals to operate them. Even after having apparently turned off the motion sensor, the light randomly turned on 3 times in the middle of the night and seems a bit tacky… Otherwise great stay!
