great location and breakfast, friendly stuff

I'm staying in this hotel regularly for the last 10 years and I see same furniture and decor. Beds is a big struggle for me - queen bed is a just 2 twin beds put together, and you feel the gap between 2 twin mattresses, outlets near beds do not hold heavy adapters (mac book)

The location was perfect. Easily walkable to city center. It was actually very convenient to have the mall right there as we did need a few things. Breakfast was fantastic, everyday. Options were fresh and plentiful.Our room was just right for us. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, clean and modern.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend.Our stay at this hotel was unacceptable from the first day until departure.At check-in, we asked for help with our luggage, but no assistance was provided. We were simply told that the trolley was outside. Later, the hotel tried to claim that help was offered and refused — this is not true.Room allocation was poorly handled from the start, and some issues we had to resolve ourselves. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which the staff dismissed by saying that “nothing was found.”Housekeeping was a serious problem.During the entire stay, the bed linen was never changed. When we complained, we were told that a cleaning sign should be placed on the door — no such sign was present in the room.Food was extremely repetitive, the same items every single day, with no variety. This does not match the standards of a hotel claiming four-star status.The worst part happened on the last day:There was no hot water at all.The shower water was ice cold, making it impossible to shower.Lack of hot water is not a small issue — it is a basic requirement, and a four-star hotel should never allow this to happen.What made the experience even worse was the management’s reaction. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied the problems and blamed the guests.I do not recommend this hotel. The service is far below what is advertised.

An excellent business hotel in the heart of the city. It shares a building with a large shopping center and has a separate entrance.Free parking is available on the 5th floor of the shopping center parking lot; there is a separate elevator from the hotel to the parking lot. Important: don't forget to take a ticket at reception desk for departure from the parking.Very quiet rooms, excellent breakfast.Friendly staff.

Hotel is a litle bit old fashion and especialy my (single bed) room is prepared for refurbishment.

Absolutely wonderful staff, especially receptionists Natalia and Martyna; great location, healthy and tasty breakfast, and wonderful decor. If I ever come back to the city (which I hope to do), I’m going to stay here again.

The location is very central and its a modern hotel. The breakfast is delicius and there is a lot to choose from.

The beds where a bit hard and we had a double bed that was kind of splitting up in the middle all the time.

Great location inside of a shopping mall and close to city center, quiet area, private indoor parking, nice and clean hotel, big room and bathroom, cozy restaurant and terrace, amazing breakfast!

Decent, clean, reliable hotel with kind staff and a great location. I like that there is a water dispenser on each floor, providing cold and sparkling water, and in case guests forget to bring their own water bottle, a reusable bottle can be found in each room.The breakfast is very rich, with a great variety of bread and fruit, but what really puts it above a usual hotel offer is that they serve lots of local ingredients and they clearly mark products is of local origin. I find it very clever, and a great way to support local economy and keep things sustainable.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but still fine for a 2 night stay.

Amazing location, attached to a shopping center/gallery. Elegant and incredibly tasty breakfast. Impeccably clean room.Probably the most elegant and expensive hotel in that little town.

The vibe I got in this hotel is that it is mostly used by businessmen for their business trips or corporate events. Perhaps even used for weddings since there was a very large and beautiful banquet hall next to the hotel’s restaurant. My room and bed were small with a darker, modern and masculine design. My personal preference is something more light, feminine and floral. Probably the most elegant and expensive hotel in that little town.

Been coming here every month for over 2 years now but it is time for a change, the attention to detail has dropped significantly. Air Con not working without prompting, breakfast hot food rarely ready when breakfast commences, Shower Gell containers empty or full of water. It feel like the chain have been on a cost cutting drive and have gone too far. I have enjoyed my time here in the past but the last two visits have convinced me to make a change.

Front desk staff have always been great, but the hotel facilities and attention to detail around housekeeping and breakfast service have deteriorated (Dinner was generally ok but with a limited menu)

Nice hotel and next to shopping center, very big free parking also available.Best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, was very good.Kind of a pity that you have to pay extra to go to the fitness, it's a fitness they work together with, in the shopping center.But would really recommend, is a good hotel!

The location is perfect, and parking is included. In the room was quiet. Breakfast excellent - with a lot of choice and different from the typical breakfast, which I enjoyed.
