The restaurant Had an issue with our room but staff was accommodating and moved us

All staff were very hospitable, helpful, friendly and chatty, we instantly felt welcomed at reception.Great location and price. The food in Siar restaurant was very tasty, nicest Thai Red curry I’ve had! Room service was also great, delivered very efficiently and presented nicely. It’s not often I’ve felt compelled to leave a review but this stay warranted it, I’ve also been recommending it to family since. Well done to all involved.

When I first got there, room i was gaving first had other people in it but got sorted out very quickly & the room was absolutely wonderful. Lovely double beds in it. Didn't eat at the hotel

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is very well kept with all areas spotless. Easy and free parking in the multi storey attached to the hotel.

It’s right next to the royal theatre so handy for events.

The reception staff were really friendly and the process was very quick.
