Great and silent location, near to the bus station. The garden of the hotel is really beatuiful.

Everything is allright with the property.

The guesthouse is in a nice park. Interesting decoration in the coffee shop.

The breakfast was not available at time. So when we were in a hurry we couldn't have breakfast. Staff announced arriving one hour later than scheduled. ???

The park

The room was too small.The restaurant was closed although it should be opened according to the information written when we booked..If we should know that the restaurant is not opened we would have booked another location.

The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere and the furniture in the restaurant was interesting and funny, and we also liked the location, in the middle of a nice park, very quiet.

Several lamps in the room did not work, the furniture was old and outdated, apart from the booked twin beds, there were two armchairs transformed into a bed. The room looked a bit like a hostel. It was quite difficult to find the reception (the reception was at the bar of the restaurant), there was no sign at the building for a hotel.

Very good breakfast and location. The rooms are surrounded by a quiet, nice park and a small pond. Near the city center and Gyárkert concert venue but also quiet.

Not indicated on the booking page + website that the wellness services are not available for the current year.

The room was comfortable.

The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned at all, still dirty towels in the room. I was moved without issue though. The free Wi-Fi did not work in my room I had to go the main bar area to be able to use it. Most of the Sauna rooms in the spa area were not working.

Breakfast was just a small buffet, but it had very good quality. The music style in the restaurant is maybe a bit questionable for mornings. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location, with the bus station just at the end of the street and the city centre in walking distance. It has a beautiful garden/backyard.

Nobody was at the reception when I arrived, but the staff called me on the way there to make sure I find everything needed. The bed wasn't made, it just had the covers and blankets stacked next to it. The bathroom door was scraping against the floor whenever you opened or closed it.

very poor breakfast selection - bad / old style accommodation ,not very comfortable bad, no reception at Panzio (you make Reception and payment for room at the restaurant in the basement ) , very complicated to go around the building via the garage, it took me some time to accommodate ?; pretty expensive - at this price I stayed at 4 star hotels much better conditions ! I will not come back next time …probably will search for something better !
