Lovely old style charm staff were so friendly food was tasty and good portions best pint of Guinness I’ve had in a while

The building was a beautiful stone building bed were comfortable

Everything was great . Staff . Food. Location. Bedroom. 100%.

Really enjoyed my stay. Comfortable, quiet room with everything I needed

To be picky - the shower is weak and some of the pillows were hard.

I very much respected the staff during my stay, they were very formal amd greeted me with pleasure. Assisted me when I needed there help.

Nothing at all quite honestly, I very much enjoyed my stay, Thank you for having me at your hotel. I would definitely come back if i ever have the opportunity again

Great location lovely staff and comfortable rooms

Hotel was comfortable and staff attentive , especially Katie very chatty and friendly. Breakfast was superb and loved the stove fires !

A gem of a hotel. Dinner was exceptional and plentiful. Great breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Two couples and all of us loved it. Looking forward to the new year to book a longer stay.

Rooms clean, staff friendly and dinner was excellent and breakfast was reasonable - latter would have been better to have been all Buffett and to have has some fruit, cheese and cold meats for the continental section.

Fact that on a Saturday night they have a live band that starts playing until midnight without us being told when booking a Saturday night - I pay for a good nights sleep and we didn't get to sleep until 2am because when the music stopped we had some rowdy guests talking loudly in the corridors - soundproofing was poor

Th really friendly staff were excellent for accommodating my young family. They couldn't have done more for the four of us. You can see how this hotel is the central hub of the community.

I understand it’s a listed building however the bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely dated and needs a full revamp imo. Bedrooms extremely dated and basic for the price they charge.

Great for what we needed which was a good sized family room for 1 night.

Little bit noisy late at night as there was pubs close by but didn't keep the kids awake thankfully

Evening meal was a roast dinner and was excellent

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no cereals, jams etc and no fruit.We were first in the restaurant and both had bacon which was rubbery and felt like it had been re heated from the day before. We had to ask for hot drinks as the staff didn't offer anything
