Location, value, friendly staff

Somewhat small, older room.

I have stayed here for the last 3 mountain biking seasons, breakfast has a lot of options and is very tasty.

Nothing to complain about really.

Joker card facility is too good,,it applies to all cable cars which is absolutely free , which normally cost 36 euro per person...public transport n swimming pools r also free,,, breakfast is soo good,, overall it worth staying at this cost...I am happy ?

What an amazing spot! Lovely room, lovely breakfast, so close to the chairlift. A rental place out the front.I caught the ends of the season and if I can manage to get up to Saalbach next season, I will certainly stay here!

Excellently located in the center of the village. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Overall very good value for the money.

The room was nice and big. But only one wardrobe. Very strange. Location was great

The breakfast was really poor. The smell in the ski boot room was disgusting. Staff were not happy people. One guy came into our room as we were getting ready to leave for us to to kinda hurry and check out at about 10.05am check out was 10am

Great location, very close to 2 lifts and main reason we chose this place. Breakfast spread was good, sufficient choice and fresh / warm bread. Our room was renovated and looked much better than the pictures. Friendly staff

Our room was next to the reception and restaurant. As such it was noisy at times and some nights difficult for our children to fall asleep with people passing and chatting in the small hallway after having dinner / drinks. Entrance and stairs get quite slippery as ski room doesn’t have separate entrance, some extra attention should be paid to that

Location is really perfect - 150 m to all 3 main lifts. Breakfast was ok.

Despite complaining about the facilities in the bathroom/toilet, none actions were taken.

Place for storing our bikes over night was crucial. Parking is paid, 11 eur per day, in the parking house nearby. We got lucky and got a possibility for early check in, so we could settle down before we hit the MTB trails. Good breakfast for the price range, enough of everything, attentive personnel, enough sitting room. Joker card included, one needs to download app to the phone.

The location, cleanliness and bike storage were awesome.

The shower was tiny and a bit dated.

Beautiful guesthouse in alpine style. A short distance from the city center, but in a quiet location. A few meters from the cable cars, shops and restaurants. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning. Nice and helpful staff. Perfect breakfast. On the basis of reservation, the possibility of parking directly at the guesthouse. We were very satisfied with everything. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable. We will be happy to come again if there is an opportunity.

I booked the economical room for one person downstairs, which for one or two days should ok. But the water running outside was loud when trying to sleep and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Not great to find a parking place. And one thing that was VERY annoying was the toilet with the lid always falling down. I'm sure with a little update it all would be a nicer experience.

We (family of 3 plus friends) booked a couple of rooms for mountain biking vacation. Excellent location, in the middle of Saalbach. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected since it's an old building. The interior could use some renovation, so if you are picky I recommend searching for another place. For us was fine especially since there is a bike storage room. Excellent breakfast, as advertised. Very good value for money.

The parking costs extra 11euros/car/day.

The place was perfectly located, the breakfast was fabulous, the staff were delightful, the room was great and not much more that a camp-site (in the rain) - well worth every cent. And a Joker card too. Best deal all trip!

My room was clearly NOT the one I booked, I was given a Tiny single room the 9m2 one and not the 14 m2 room that was booked, the bed was to short that I didn’t have one good night sleep

Great location-5min from lift. Very kind and kid friendly staff. Great breakfast. Joker card included. We are coming back every year, we love this pension.

Very friendly staff and great accomodation! I traveled alone but felt very save!

Hotel is basic for Saalbach my room on the top floor was very small but sufficient, location is right in the middle of town so excellent for the ski resort and bars

Could have done with a bigger room and better communication regarding parking
