Everything was excellent! The sauna spa facilities absolutely overcome my expectations! The receptionist was very helpful and breakfast was delicious!

We stayed at this newly built Austrian mountain hotel, and it was exceptional. Perfect location with stunning mountain views. Cozy design with warm wooden elements. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

The sauna area is excellent.The walk into town is pretty easy.Good ski storage room with heated lockers.Very clean hotel.Good breakfast.

When we checked in we were told they didn't have our booking. They were quite rude and it took a while for them to find it. They weren't at all apologetic when they found they did have the booking all along.Our room was top floor and although we turned off our heating it was boiling in our room every single night.Reception isn't 24 hours so this makes check-in/out difficult

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had lots of options which were always topped up. The sauna and steam room facilities were a lovely added bonus too.

Nice hotel! Modern, cozy and clean. There is a ski bus stop nearby, which allows easy access to all the lifts of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm resort. After skiing, you can relax in the sauna. There is also a warm room for storing skis and boots. Comfortable bed. Tasty and varied breakfast. The staff is polite. We liked everything very much. If we visit these places again, we will definitely choose this hotel!

Staff and hotel are lovely, the rooms and facilities are modern and very comfortable. Great location for the ski circuits, shops and lifts.

The road was a little busy but this was because of the ski world championships being held there, so I couldn't really complain.

Great place. Overall refurbished but a few minor things to fix in the room. It’s not really a walking distance to the lifts, however bus station to Lifts is really close. In addition a good breakfast buffet.

Friendly, clean, well located and a great breakfast selection. The entire were friendly and helpful at all times, especially Nadia and Ronnie at reception. We enjoyed our stay.

It would be great if they had an evening dinner option or restaurant open which would make it possible to eat without going out at night.

I liked everything about it expect the fact that they did not specify that the kicker card was only for summer. I specifically booked the hotel because I thought the card was included and I would be able to use the lifts while skiing. I even asked them before making the booking about what a joker card was but they never mentioned it was only for summer. They said it was a card that included the lift facilities etc. I was only made aware of it after my arrival

Great breakfast, cozy rooms and comfortable beds

The parking in front of the building is not very friendly with regular cars that are not SUVs. I almost bottomed out on the hump.

The hotel is super clean and extremely cozy, you can find everything that you need in your room. The hotel staff are so nice, helpful and polite.

We had a great stay, this hotel was pretty much perfect for our needs. Hotel room was comfortable, spacious and clean, with nice furnishings. We stayed 3 nights, came here for a bike trip. Location is great whether you heading to Saalbach or Hinterglemm. We appreciated the bike wash station and the bike room, where you could lock your bike and even charge. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with good variety. All hotel was clean and the saunas were a great addition to use after a long day of biking. Just what you need! Hotel staff was courteous and helpful when we needed anything. I will be booking this hotel again when returning back.

Hard to find anything that we didn’t like really..WiFi seemed to log us out every day.

Beautiful very well renovated hotel, with spacious rooms, good position and good breakfast.

The location was good, the center of Saalbach is close and Hinterglemm was also reachable in 25 minutes on a very nice and wide road near the Saalach river. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy too, we have a very big terrace what we loved very much.

The terrace was big but we missed some more furniture such as a deck chair, clothes dryer rack.

It was very clean. Nice decor. Great location with parking and bus stop very close. Walking distance to Saalbach.
