Great Breakfast & cozy room.Great location.

Check in, lack of info about the facility and to reach the hotel back from garage parking, wrong check in/out time advertised, noise heard by others room, a long time to get hot water for shower & not really hot.Staff, starting from the Manager should be more polite.

The location is very near to Saalbach lifts. The rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. They offer free parking. They have a nice quiet garden to relax at the back of the hotel. Free breakfast is included.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel during our ski trip to Saalbach, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – they were outstanding, always helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.We chose the half-board option, and it turned out to be the best decision. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and attention to detail that made every dinner feel special. After a long day on the slopes, it was such a pleasure to come back and enjoy such excellent food and warm service.Special thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Location wise it’s great. It’s directly at the Main street and close to all all restaurants, bars and lift stations of Saalbach. Bathroom was renovated. I liked the kettle in my room and the complimentary water. Staff at reception were always friendly and nice. Hotel has an elevator.

It’s run by a greek owner and lots of staff are Greek. I find it a bit odd that you were greeted at any time in Greek given you are in Austria. But ok. Lights are missing when you enter the hotel from the backside after 8pm for the back door and when you go down to the ski cellar. That could be a bit dangerous when you walking down in ski boots. Breakfast can be improved. It’s all a bit cramped and could be arranged a bit nicer plus it’s standard breakfast. Nothing special.

Location, fantastic breakfast fantastic. They do a 20% discount at Snow Academy for rental. Fortis and the rest of the Hotel staff are always smiling and always very happy to help.

The wine was slightly on the expensive side. Beer price ok though.

Lovely traditional property that’s been well maintained. Staff were so friendly and were happy to help with anything at all.

Both Breakfast and Diner were excellent quality buffet style meals, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes

Fantastic value! Nice comfortable rooms, great service and lovely food in a buffet style dinner.

Slight walk to the lifts but under 10minutes and can’t beat the value. Also can ski back to the boot room from bauers schi alm

Can ski in when enough snow but not ski out. Be prepared for 5 to 15 min walk in ski boots to lifts. Or rent a locker at the lift.

Really friendly staff. There was breakfast included and also laundry service for 5€. The location was great.

The room felt a bit dirty. Ash tray was full (we don’t smoke), there was some writing on the window (done with a finger) and also an empty water bottle from previous people. And the trash can was missing. Also the minifridge was not working. We tried putting it on the lowest setting but it was not cold at all.

The personal was great, helpful and nice. It is great value for the money. Easy to get anywhere from there. We had bikes with us and it wasn’t problem to leave it in basement with camera security.

Excellent customer service, the spa was amazing, location also really good and they were nice enough to offer the Joker Card and free parking downtown.

Rooms disappointingly small. We booked 1 room for 2 adults and 2 children but on arrival there was only a double bed and a single sofa bed. They had to squeeze a camp bed in to the room which left little floor space.
