Staff were excellent and helpful. Location is perfect.

Dining and the food generally were hit and miss. Could be better.

We were a family of 4 there for skiing. Great location for lifts. Clean and well appointed. Staff all friendly and helpful. Half board, not too overbearing- some might expect more. Decent evening bar. Close to apres ski. We would go again.

Not serving tap water with dinner…

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. I asked about laundry service. I was told that the hotel didn't normally offer one but, as I had a two-week stay, they offered to provide it for me.The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, it being across the road from one telecabine lift, and right by direct access to the slopes, from which you could ski to another major telecabine lift. It's very handy for the ski hire shops and apres ski bars, too.

The room was a little too hot for my personal comfort (but great for drying wet items of clothing). With the slopes right outside the window, it was a fantastic view but too noisy to open the window when the piste bashers were out at night.I would have liked to have had the facility to make a hot drink in my room.

Unfortunately I have nothing to say, because they didn’t gave me an opportunity to visit the hotel. All I could learn about this hotel is that they are maximum unfriendly and inflexible.

I had problems in buying tickets to travel to that place due to the political situation. I’ve tried my best, till the last day I was trying to buy tickets and come to the hotel to my friends. When I’ve understood that I have serious problems, I’ve wrote to the hotel describing situations and asking to cancel without cancellation fee or to change dates so I’ll have the chance not to loose money. But I’ve got no answer from the hotel (I was writing at the app of booking.com). I’ve called to booking.com for assistance, they told that the hotel is refusing to cancel cancellation fee. My friend came several times to reception asking to change my dates. They were talking very unfriendly and refused totally. I don’t understand that kind of policy. Formally they are right, but as a person who is traveling a lot I’m totally disappointed and will tell everyone not to go to that place. And loosing 1.200€ also is not making me happy.

The standard of food was not great unfortunately. Breakfast a big limited there’s no omelette service, a tiny toaster, the r tea was not good. Evening meal was los grade and tasteless and again limited except for the beef rib which was good. Pool didn’t open until 4pm which is a bit late if you’ve finished skiing early.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived just shy of midnight and the receptionist had prepared all the check-in procedures for us. Even a sandwich plate in our room. Big thanks! Wellness (saunas and outdoor pool) was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good in terms of proximity to the main ski lifts.

Location:- Unfortunately, the bars and restaurants are close as well and there was no quiet before 2 a.m.The room:- the bathroom and shower are with class doors and walls, this was very annoying when using the WC (no privacy)- no towels when we arrived- room was quite dirty (lots of dust especially under the bed and on the headboard of the bed), even found an old sock hiding behind the curtain and some trash from the previous visitor in the cupboard! Beware if you are sensitive to dust or have allergies!!!- daily cleaning did nothing more than set up the bed cover, trash was not emptied, the toilet was not cleaned etc.Breakfast:- boiled eggs were impossible to peel (did they forget to rinse these with cold water)?Dinner:- even though the service and the plating was on a very high level, the food quality varied a lot- no drinking water was included with the dinner

You couldnt fault this hotel and the team that work to make your stay exceptional, i had a brilliant week and will most definitely be returning next year ? food, company and service 5 star.
