Hotel Saalbacher Hof

Great location, clean rooms, very lovely & helpful reception staff. Close to ski lifts and village centre.

Breakfast was atrocious but that might be as we went at the end of season, the decor is highly questionable

Great breakfast, nice food in a La carte restaurant but it needs an upgrade. Our room was Standard, a bit small and shower in bath, old fashioned for €400/night. Helpful staff and great location.

Vibrancy of Hotel and the Town of Saalbach. Great buzz which can be infectious. Welcome in Eva Alm, service from Laura and Alex in Schattberg Stube and Tina in Salbacker Hof Restaurant.

The hotel has no heart , you could be in a premier inn.The acoustics are a disgrace, the noise from the nearby nightclub mean no sleep is possible until after 4am

Slightly surprised to find my room being cleaned when returned from breakfast and well before check out deadline. Not a big issue as I had already packed, but nonetheless unusual.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were helpful and attentive. sitting on the terrace was wonderful in the mornings.The location is fantastic, views of the the hills on both sides of the hotel, and close to 3 cable lifts heading up the mountain.

The noise and music from the restaurant down stairs was a little disruptive in the evenings, but it didn't go on too late into the night. so it was OK.

perfect location and hotel services for the perfect MTB holiday in Saalbach. friendly staff. amazing facilities (the spa is a must visit after a long day on the bike). fantastic halfboard. we will definitely be back.

Booking.com are selling a room that the hotel themselves don’t sell ‘as the hotel themselves describe as very basic’. yet the price is not a great deal difference to the other rooms. not a buggy but TV didn’t work. with slopping roof, access to the bed was difficult.

facilities & location were excellent and the staff always helpful .. drinks in the terrace were actually good value when compared to other in area

church bells I counted 90 rings .. I’m sure it’s probably 100 .. unable to eat in the main restaurant unless half board

breakfast was good but had to travel a fair way to bedroom, two lifts and long walk.

bedroom was long walk from reception/front door, two lifts and long walk basically a different hotel which was added to by bridge.

The pool is nice

Room was not as modern as the photos would suggest, especially the bathroom seemed to be over 20 years old.
