It is nice, clean and good location and the staff super nice

There was no kettle in the room to heat water for tea. But we always got a hot water down stairs

Incredible location- could not be more central to all ski lifts, restaurants and supermarkets. You are located on the main strip! The hotel was immaculately clean, great breakfast and a wonderful spa with 3 different types of sauna to use post ski. Very comfortable room, beds and great bathrooms.

Unfortunately as mentioned it is on the main strip, the hotel provide earplugs to drown out the party goers passing through the town very late at night however it seemed a few were staying inside the hotel whom we could hear on the balcony (even with earplugs in) until very late/ or early rather- in the morning shouting in and around the hotel. Something to keep in mind in case you are a light sleeper.

Location was superb, breakfast was very good, sauna was great

The breakfast was average but adequate and as expected. The room was larger than expected. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower area and a bathtub. The location is perfect, just short walking distance to the gondola and to the restaurants.

It would be better if the room had a small fridge/freezer. A kettle would also be preferable, though we were lent one when we asked for it.

We liked the staff they were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the location could not have been better. Good ski room too.

Not the hotels fault as you cannot be in a location like this over New Year and expect silence but it was a bit noisy, we were fine after a day on the slopes for sleeping, the provided ear plugs were good. Also we were in a room with a balcony right over the main street. Would still stay again.

The rooms were simple but clean. The food was really good. High quality and the possibility to take a lunch bag was very nice

I liked the location, friendly staff and considering other options, it was quite affordable, breakfast was ok, I wish they had more fruit. I really liked the food in the restaurant hotel and the dact that they offered small portions! And the Merlot wine was great!

Had to pay for parking.

The hotel staff is friendly and we were well-taken care by them. The breakfast spread is good. The location is excellent and close to a few ski lifts so it is very convenient for us to drop our kids at ski school and go to another ski lift. The dinner at this hotel is fantastic, one of the best we had eaten while we were there for a week.

just a small note- the pillows are too soft for us

I didn’t really like the fact that the pillows are feathers and that the matress protector is feather. Some people have allergies to feathers so maybe an alternative could be very good. Great location right in the center of Saalbach and close to the lifts. A super friendly host, helpful and courteous. good restaurant. the parking was also great. a super experience!

Got to check-in early as the room was ready + joker card was made directly available, super friendly reception and every morning started with a smile

Small family-run hotel with very friendly staff who went out of their way to fulfill every request. As a solo femaletraveller I felt very safe here. The location couldn’t be better. 5 minutes walk to the ski lifts and across the road from the ski hire shop. Close to bars and restaurants. I loved the hotel and Saalbach as a resort. Will be back soon for sure.

Lady on reception every morning very pleasant

No toaster at breakfast, really!! One evening meal in hotel restaurant, fancy burger and fries basically with a couple of pints it was fine but €49 euros bit pricey. Was asked to respect facial masks which was fine pity that message didn’t get through to the very grumpy young man working in the restaurant at breakfast times which for me was a total disrespect to all.

Breakfast was good and traditional.

Ski boot room could become crowded
