VAYA Galtür Paznaun

It’s a very cosy hotel. We had a big leaving room with a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

After 8pm you can get from Ischgl only by taxi

Location! Just type Galtur on your GPS. It will take you to VAYA! If you go for ski or not, you will not be disappionted!People here at VAYA are awesome! Verry polite and helpful!SPA area is awesome too!It was worth every penny!Way to go VAYA!!!

Spacious room with excellent comfort. Breakfast and dinner were delightful! Perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the ski bus. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast, very nice accommodation overall.

The diner was overall good and tasty, but not special given it’s a 4-star hotel.

Great location, superb facilities, upgraded room was a 1 bedroom apartment.

I wish check-in was earlier and checkout was later.

I can say, that the hotel was really nice and confortable. We liked the kitchen here (breakfast and dinner was fine), and the spa was perfect! We will come back for sure.

Overall, our stay was good. The amenities were as advertised, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, the apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained.The spa zone is fine, contrary to other comments I saw on booking regarding the size (there are actually 2 spa zones, so keep that in mind).Food was awesome!

The central heating in the room was on way too high, making sleep quite difficult for our last days. Unfortunately the staff could not assist to turn it down due to lack of the 'technician' on the property.

Extremely friendly staff who kept the pool open late for us after travelling all day. We had evening room service where the food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was a massive choice, it had everything all presented very well.

The food was really delicious for us, both the breakfast and dinners. The room and facility were good, though the swimming pool is rather small.

The pictures of the room I saw on Booking.com is pretty different from the room that I checked in. It looked much bigger in the picture and the layout was different too.

We were thinking n a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and enjoying the scenery. Thelocation was great for taking hikes/walks.

Hotel was great and the staff was really friendly. The food was very good after a long day of skiing.

Rooms where a bit warm, but that is typical for Austrian locations.

The hotel was easy to get to, friendly staff, great dinner and very good breakfast. There was available parking (with fee). There was a nice coffee shop next to the hotel and several sport shops so we could buy everything that we missed. The pool was very comfortable and there were different saunas available to use.

I think that the parking fee is a little bit high for a small town (8 Euros per night). There were no available water during breakfast. The ski resort in Wirl was smallest than we expected with no mid area ski options. The restaurant on the top of the lift wasn’t accessible for no ski users.

design, atmosphere, food, sauna, rooms - really warm interieur design with cozy rooms and materials. sauna is spacious and has a lot of options, nice area to relax and refresh as well. restaurant is very nice, food options are great, inviting and charming

the team really is nice and welcoming. as it is new, it still needs a bit of smooth operation which will come over time once the team is working like clock work. I believe it is just a matter of time until they are "well oiled machine"

Great room, Nice sauna and a amazing breakfast

Hotel was recently renovated (stylish) Room was specious, clean and bed was good (apart from the pillows). Bathroom perfect Swimming pool is nice albeit somewhat small Spa area is very pleasant (nice to receive bad robes and towels). Both the spa and swimming pool do close quite early at 8pmDinner and breakfast were good. (Nothing too fancy but solid food)Staff is very friendly but the communication was sometimes a bit difficult (not a great German speaker myself)

There is sometimes a bit of a cigarette smell in one of the breakfast areas and the spa
