Room looked clean

Air conditioning was not working and with full fan all night. Informed the staff, they told me that they will send someone to fix it and no one came.

I like the breakfast. They always have fresh fruit and typical Costa Rican food. Coffee is always the best too!

I don’t like that there is now a gate at the entrance. Last time I was there the gate ticket machine wasn’t working properly and the line backed up into the street. Took 25 minutes to access the property. Also, it’s a bit of hassle to collect the receipt, get it stamped and present it to the gate keeper so you don’t get charged. Not a deal breaker but more irritating then anything.

It was modern, near to good places for food

The pool area was not pretty. There was a lot of noise caused by a party in the restaurant area.

I've stayed here now twice. And each time was nice. We had to change rooms this last time because the one we booked had no sofa bed. But the front desk accommodated us and it wasn't a big deal. My only gripe is that I have requested Factura Electronicas both times I have stayed at the Hyatt Pinares and have never received them. :-(

Tons of restaurants and shops. Conveniently located. Great staff. Great breakfast! Free underground parking with validation. Great room service with great food at a reasonable price. Walmart across the street is super convenient for travel items. I'll definitely book again!

I would have given them a perfect 10. But my booking was for $420. However, they refused to charge me in $USD, only ₡CRC. The colones exchange rate they gave me was not the bank rate which meant I paid $431.8. Seems like a scam. I live here, so not a huge "biggie". But I never received my Factura Electronica either. :-( God is in the details. You guys almost made a "10".

I traveled for business. The square Momentum Pinares where the hotel is has many restaurants (sadly not local food and expensive, but good quality).Right across the square there's a Walmart.

The rooms were super comfy and the food was delicious.

The pool is too close to the main road, so it isn’t the coziest.

I could not get a key assigned to my room. Totally unacceptable. Security has to opened our room.

It should have independent parking entrance and exit, the parking is shared with comercial area. I needed a printed copy of my reservation to be delivered to security staff at the gate pass, they kept that printed copy with several personal information of my reservation. This must be optimized in a way that personal information is not shared this way to security companies with no association with the hotel. They should give stamped sticker or codes being shared between the hotel and security company.

-The AC is a bit annoying: noisy and not possible to regulate the fan speed.-Breakfast consistency: the first day the food in the breakfast was cold (eggs, pinto, oats) but the second day was perfect and fresh.-Booking confusion: among others during check out I was going to be charged extra 100usd for an extra person in the room (my wife ?), but then I showed the Booking.com reservation where it says that I had booked for 2 people for that price and eventually was ok. I had also provided her details at checking in before paying upfront.

The breakfast was really good. I took a couple of boiled eggs, a cup of coffee, yogurt, some bread. The small fridge was not cool enough. Last year we received a small Xmas gift from the Hyatt Hotel but this time not.

be ware: do not book online, as you may end up with a very unpleasant surpise.

Due to a glitch while booking I found out, at check in, that I got two rooms for me and my wife. Hyatt was absolutely not willing to compensate or find a solution. Never book online and stay away from Hyatt.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good and the staff was helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and a Walmart across the street.

The TV wasn't working very well but they fixed it the very next day

What is disturbing and annoying is that the music in the restaurant during breakfast or dinner is much too loud.
