Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Ozamis

Leaving it

No toilet seat, Shower broke, moldy Air conditioner, water delivered without ordering only to get charged in am. Would not refund second night as I could not stay in Hotel any longer. No toilet paper. Had to change rooms. Broken elevator.

Location. Has hot shower.

It's an older building so it has character and is not perfect but very functional.

Love the place and clean plus comfortable. Staff are awesome

Location is good, right at heart of the city. Very accessible.

Need parking space for clients with vehicles.

It's located in the heart of the city, great access to shops and resto, just walking distance. Friendly staff and always readily available, serves you with a smile. The security officer will help you find a ride if you don't have a car. Price value is good. Tip: It's better to book in the hotel because it's cheaper than doing online booking/reservation. But I don't know during peak season.

Don't have tissue roll in the toilet as well as facial tissue. The TV doesn't have cable connection and wifi is unstable. Don't have face towels and bedroom slippers. Provided only 2 small soaps, I highly recommend to bring your own toiletries. Neigboring guests were loud, making it hard for me to sleep and I heard someone dragging furnitures several times. Or i guess that was the cleaning personnel.

Good location.

The hotel did not find our booking because the staff claimed they did not receive a confirmation email. I showed a printed copy and we had to wait for a while for a vacancy. When a room was finally available, they charged us the Booking.com rate which was more expensive than the walk in rate.In addition, the contact number that Booking.com provided was incorrect. The number could not be reached.I recommend booking with the hotel directly.

No beakfast, and the location was central to markets.

The shower was so tight with the toilet, it had no screen so the water wet the toilet every time! And the shower floor had the wrong fall in it, so that water just pooled on the floor and you get your feet wet all over again as you put up the towel. Very sloppy builders, don't know how to build a bathroom! Also there was no fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold.

Disappointing, expected more from a boutique hotel

Bathroom had water pooling because the fall in the floor is wrong, no shower screen so everything gets wet.Had no fridge.Had nowhere to hang my clothes.

Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would go back. Staff was friendly and helpful pointing out places where I could get this or that.

The place has come into its age... The bathroom is a bit run down. I missed something like a water cooker to make my own coffee...

No breakfast. No elevator, out of order.

Price, elevator not working

The staff friendly . Room was good.

The bathroom vanity unit no drain pipe and the bathroom door kept locking on its own

The staff was friendly if somewhat slow at checking me in.

Broken Elevator, appears to have been broken for a while. step stairs with no hand rails, very dangerous. if you have a knee or leg problem DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

The staff are friendly. I like the bed, I can feel its softness and comfort.
