Booked because ideal location. Security porvided

Only 1 plate working on stove Unit 7. Terrible sewerage smell in bathroom. The staff did mask odour with chemical. Never had to share accommodation with so many mosquito's in my 73 years. did not replenish soap or toilet paper until requested.

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable. Welcoming, friendly staff.

Towels are threadbare and stained, could do with replacement.

The location was great with a stunning view. The area is very safe.The food in the restaurant was great with varied options.

I was disappointed with the superior chalet I booked. The chalet contained all the necessary items we requiredbut could do with an upgrade.

On the first day we didn't sleep because of mosquitoes and I'm very sensitive to mosquitoes it was a very bad experience.The earns in the kitchen was disappointing.

A warm welcome from the receptionist, Sis Nancy. A very comfortable and private room, with the nicest view of the Sea. I would surely visit the place again. Thank you so much PEHR❤️

The outside of the unit is neat and clean.

The unit inside is very run down Kitchen cupboards are very old and untidy, countertop very dirty, the fridge made a loud noise and I couldn't sleep well, lots of mosquito, pots very dirty, couldn't use them, sofa dirty and smelly , shower tiles has mildew.Pathetic Won't recommend this place.to family and friends.

Great price, great position. You cannot expect 5 star accommodation if you aren't paying 5 star rates.

Unfortunately the area has deteriorated....The beach front becomes a party and drinking venue on the weekend. Not the fault of the resort at all but lack of policing. Not ideal for families

Kitchen, no mop, no washing swap

The location and the space of the B1 unit. Walking distance to restaurant and beach. Unit was clean and spacious

The power tripped and maintenance could not fix so we had a rainy night in the dark with my kids which wasnt pleasant. We couldnt shower of have dinner or enjoy family time There was an overwhleming amount of mosquitoes in the unit which gave us sleepless restless nights.

Beautiful location. The staff was really friendly and competent. There is a convenience store nearby for anything needed (walking distance). The restaurants at the resort are good.

Dishes weren't really clean.

Everything we needed for a self catering accommodation was provided. It's nice and close to the beach and attraction sites.

There was no wifi ....I don't think there was anyway , we used our personal router

On my package price they says there will be a deposit refund afterI check out when i. Ask the lady at the office she denied that. she says my package booking was only for 2 days that I paidNothing else .then I said ok

They had forgotten to clean before our arrival. BUT they did it pronto n cleaned everything well. The lounge is v uncomfortable.

Environment was refreshing and restaurant had excellent quality food. No noise it is very quiet.

They booked me to 2 single beds when my booking was for a double bed. The swimming pool was very very dirty. The lady on the reception was very rude. Water on the tap was brown In colour.

Improved facilities, the pools and other activities are gone! Bring them back. Maintenance is required on the chalets.

The pool was in a terrible state!! the property seems to be on the downfall.
