- The room size was exceptional. Laid out very conveniently. The front desk staff was excellent.
- We must have been upgraded to a corner suite - wonderfully spacious room and bathroom and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view towards the south and Vitosha. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- Nothing is perfect! But some things come very, very close sometimes. Grand Hotel Sofia is one one those near perfect experiences. My stay there was as close to perfect as humanly possible.
Cons -
- rooms and common areas need updating.
- It was graduation and wedding season. People need to party. Sometimes the acoustics were not ideal, BUT, people have to have fun too, and this hotel is perfect for having fun!
