U cant pre pay for Parking though booking, it is paid additionally 10 euro on place only

Hotel appeared to brand new and very modern high spec. Large room with two full length glass windows overlooking apartments and green space. Really impressive modern hotel. Extremely affordable prices. Underground parking was €10 per day. Nearby restaurants and cafes in Dachau.

The property is brand new and the rooms very roomy and warm. The staff was friendly :) Gym as a big plus!The hotel is close to Munich but much better from price-quality aspect than ones there.

No minibar/fridge in the rooms

The hotel is situated out of the centre of Dachau but there is a bus stop where you can go with different buses everywhere with zero problem. I read that 15.50€ for breakfast is overrated but actually it isn’t because if you want to have full breakfast anywhere else you will pay the same money not to say more! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are modern with good equipment. There is also a gym which has everything you can use in a regular workout nothing fancy. It is a good value for money and i will definitely go again.

My case was really weird as the room had a lot of ladybugs coming in from somewhere, probably the air conditioning, heating system as i haven’t opened any windows. I asked the cleaners to vacuum the room as under the window were many dead ladybugs and the floor was not really cleaned. The last night i couldn’t sleep as the 5 ladybugs in my room were flying and touching my face. The hotel staff showed understanding and didn’t charge one of the breakfast i had, and i thank them indeed for this gesture.

The hotel looks nice, the common parts, the lounge and the conference rooms were nice.

I Arrived on Saturday 28th at 00:30 and couldn't get in.Some other customer who arrived late and who received an email from the hotel managed to get her key in the safe at the entrance and she let me in. But nothing for me, no e-mail, no key in a safe, nothing.Once inside, I tried to unlock the door of my room 341 with the online app but it didn't work.I then tried to encode a key at the machine at the entrance, it didn't work.I tried to call +49 8131 380980 but it was an answering machine, nobody picked up the call.I was too tired to drive and look for another hotel since I drove too much already that day.I managed to isolate myself a bit from the noise in the conference room to get some rest, but it was impossible to sleep in such settings. The disappointment was huge.So in a nutshell, I couldn't sleep in the room I booked. I kindly asked a refund which I got.But very poor communication from the Hotel (copy / past generic messages, always in german despite I wrote in english) and no apology at all.

Clean and stylish

Online Check in doesn’t work… We have checked in using the online check in option. A few minutes later we became a phone call, that we need to come the hotel in 30 minutes, because we needed our room cards and there were no other option.

Location and athmoshphere were fantastic. Also we were happy to get very best glutenfree bread at breakfast. Staff was very kindly and helpfull. Car parking was also great!

Very nice hotel, modern design, spacy rooms, very clean, big garage which is not expensive.

The stuff was not that friendly. I would say, more smiles on their faces would have been nice(r). Hotel is a bit far out and if you arrive later than 9.30 pm it is rather hard to get something to eat... i missed a closet and a small mini bar within the room.

I liked the simple way of booking, checking-in, staying and checking-out. Everything went smooth and without any complication. And finally a hotel room without a desk (in times of tablets and mobile phones, who needs a desk in a hotel room?)

Honestly speaking everything was great, therefore I cannot mention anything that was not good.

Not a 4 star treatment. Water was not brought to my room, nor was one bottle available upon arrival. Had to go to laundry room for ironing.

Nice, clean & quiet. And staff was nice & polite

No chair to sit in, just a stool with no back.

The room size and the furniture were really modern and nicely designed. The heating floor inside the toilet was also really pleasant.

The joint beds were too short, and should be at least 10cm wider from each side. A bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Good location to go to the Munich airport with car. To the city - about 40mins. Beautiful, clean room.

Wasn’t easy to communicate in English. In the room there was a kitchen and a dishwasher, but no cleaning products.

People in reception treat customers, being extremely nice about it, in a strange way, asking for credit card details, even though the bill was paid in advance, explaining that they need it for security...Would not recommend this place

Everything was very nice, the room, the staff, the food. Very comfortable bed :D

I liked the modern finishes, this is a very new property, all the rooms have very nice styles.I liked the location, near the highway, good stores nearby, biking/walking trails.I liked the price, incredible value.I liked the parking situation.The fact that the door in the room was able to be opened was so good!!! Fresh air and sun and garden views!!

The room smelled of body odor from the housekeeping staff. I had to air it out.Only of my duvet covers was still a bit dirty from a previous tenant.The desk should have a better seat than a stool.The climate control was a little confusing and never seemed to go to my desired temp.The heated floors in the bathroom were nice but they didn't seem to stay heated overnight!!! Why?!Parking is a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.The restaurant only has 1 option, pizza.No amenities like pool, boiling water, snack machines.Not enough garbages!!! The parking garage garbage was overflowing.The staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

The room was clean and spacious.

For that price, I think it should not be a big problem to add some coffee and hot water in the room as other places do.

The Room is huge you will feel comfortable with it . The bathroom and the shower is nice as well.

I did not like the staff at the reception because I was not treated in a professional manner. The room was not clean at all. we found hair in the bathroom and a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Additionally, we found a cockroach flying in the room, which upset and angered me, as I have a phobia of cockroaches.
