We loved this boutique hotel! Super friendly folks in a great location near the train station and old town :) Good breakfasts too!

The room was nice and quiet. A small motel with a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Nice breakfast.

Rating based upon knowing it was a 3 Star. Perfect for what we planned for Oktoberfest. Easy to get there, comfortable, good breakfast, accommodating staff.

Breakfast was delicious, hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed in the main building ground floor. Good size room. Clean and comfortable . 5 minute walk up to Old Town. 10 minute walk to train station and Munich only 20 minutes by train. We found free parking next to hotel. Very nice owner and staff seemed friendly.

We always like at least a small refrigerator in our rooms.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We stayed here for 7 days during Oktoberfest. In total we had three rooms and they were all clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and all spoke English. The breakfast was great as well. This was almost more like a B&B than a hotel. The location was a short 10 minute walk to the train station which was convenient going back and forth into Munich, we were far enough away from the craziness of Oktoberfest but just a short train ride away from the grounds.

Excellent staff, breakfast, and overall very nice hotel. Location was good - a little bit of a walk from the two train stations in town. Could walk to the memorial (30-40 minutes). Would definitely stay again.

There was no sheet on the bed. It was just a big comforter and in America I would imagine that is quite dirty. Same for the pillow cases. We assumed they were clean, but the thoughts that they could be dirty were still with us. We also didn't have hot water one morning, but they quickly fixed it for us for that evening.

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was wonderful! The rooms are so cute and very clean. We loved our stay here!

Lovely hotel! The guy on the breakfast was very very gentle! We love everything about the hotel. The breakfast is good. Nice neighbourhood!

It was convenient to Munich. The family room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It was nice to have a fan in room

The shower was a bit challenging. It was slippery and not good water pressure. And it fluctuated between hot and cold quickly.

Good access to all the sites in Dachau and they served a great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Large nice room with comfortable bathroom. Adjustable efficient floor heating system.Easy checkin after working hours.

Good location. 10 min by foot to train station, restaurant is 4 min away. Not far from the town center. 25 min by train to Munich cetral station.Good breakfast. Nice staff.Interesting architecture.

Really tricky locks on the doors. When came after Octoberfest in the night, couldn't get in for like 15 minutes.

We checked in on a Monday when many restaurants in the area were closed. The hotel staff offered and made a reservation for the 4 of us at the affiliated restaurant just down the street. The service and food there was excellent. Also we had a morning flight from Munich and this location provided easy access to the airport and was a much better experience than the usual airport hotels.

The door locks were a little wonky at first but certainly not a game changer.

Cleaness, commfort, excelent breakfast and recomended DREI ROSSEN restaurant for an amazing dinner.

Car parking is a little bit difficult based on chance.

I like that they thought of everything. Kleenex holder, shampoo in shower but holder for your own shampoo, a fan if you need it, sparking water ready for you when you arrive, and gummy bears for a small treat. We were leaving before breakfast and got in late, so the desk manager gave us a voucher to use at one of their restaurants. That was so thoughtful. I highly recommend.

Breakfast was fresh & very good with a good variety of choices. The location was excellent ... very central to restaurants & pubs, but easy walking distance to the castle, the camp & beautiful country walkways ... Also liked the central courtyard where u could relax with a drink & a slice of cake

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was so amazing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Walking distance to points of interest and stores. We took the S-Bahn to Oktoberfest, was easy and took about 20 min.
