Very large rooms, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet (rarely seen a better one even in much more expensive hotels)

Our room was a very good size considering it is in an ancient building. Breakfast was well maintained by the staff. The hotel is located on a main street for access to the riverboat docks and old town so you should be aware that things come alive earlier in the morning. The location is excellent for walking around old town. Parking could be problematic. The receptionist gave us very useful suggestions for where to find an evening meal.

A great location to walk about this beautiful city. The front staff were great and helpful. The rooms are on the small size but adequate and clean. No major issues at all.

Room different than what was described on Booking — one large bed and opposed to two. Not exactly a “luxury double”.

Unfortunately the Hotel has very limited parking possibilities. You could park inside a covered parking, but it has only 5 places. and two places in front of the Hotel. When you park outside, you have to leave before 10 a.m. (rules from the city of Passau).I was charged 5 euros to park outside. It is a good price, I m ok with it. During the day I parked at the Main Station., which is about 1.5 Km and costs 10 euros. Better to come to Passau without a car, but we needed the car for personal reasons. Also I found the internet connection awkwardly slow, could be it was the location of our room?

Spaceous room with fantastic view - beds so great we were so comfortable.

Nice wiev to the river and doors! Doors between rooms and bathroom were super quiet. Two double beds also were nice in one room.

It was in a great location - in the old town and minutes away from attractions

There were many steps - with big luggages it was difficult to carry into the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is between the Donau River and the old town. Perfect location!

Lovely spacious room with a nice view of river. Great to have use of private spa. Rooftop terrace will be perfect when the sun is out.
