In town, close to the rail station. Really quiet room, comfortable bed, great shower head... I will stay here again!

Incredible staff (family owned and operated) makes you feel like family. Relaxed and beautiful setting. Clean, modern spacious room. Dinner and breakfast very good. Bikes storage roomy and easy to access. Very rasonably priced for all you get

Great location, central but quiet at night. Room was wonderful, beds comfy and I loved the coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was huge and modern. My only complaint is the breakfast. We came at about 9:30 AM and a lot of things were gone and not replaced. What was there was tasty though.

The lighting. Too bright when room lights on and 'lights' for the bed were like mini spotlights that were too bright but cast shadows other wise.The board over the back of bed was squeaky.Could easily have had a mini fridge.

Excellent location in the old city centre (but still reachable by car - hotel guests are allowed to drive into the local access street). Large room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Double bed covers and additional pillows available. Well-functioning heater and climate control. A water boiler with coffee tea etc is available in the room, on the desk. Underground parking available (at a price).

I noticed after the first night that the rooms are only cleaned and re-supplied on request. Not a problem, but a bit weird and unexpected. It is "sold" as a sustainability bonus; I'm sure it is just to reduce costs for the hotel.The underground car park entrance is extremely narrow: do not come with a big, wide, or very long car!

Comfy beds. Great water pressure. Nice to have a bar downstairs.Historical restaurant across the street. Business downstairs was a Bahlsen outlet — we loaded up on gummi bears, cookies, and chocolate for our trip. ❤️Staff was very helpful. Fluent English, but they were patient with my rusty German. They also ordered a cab for us.

Breakfast bread could have been better. It wasn’t bad, but I would have appreciated more dark and full grain bread.

The facilities, staff, and location were satisfactory; however, the breakfast cuisine was unremarkable and lacked flavor.

Property hard to find, hotel interior and little weird, one staff person at night no apparent security, difficulty parking, room not very comfortable, very small rooms

The location is right in the middle of everything but it's quiet in the rooms. I really appreciated the water in the lobby on the hot days we were there. They also helped arrange a taxi for is to the boat dock.
