Pros +
- Location, facilities, food.
- Cleanliness and comfort.
- - at the reception, the guy was helpful and friendly- a plus that they have garage (under / outside)- the room was good and had all that I needed for a single night stay- will stay again if I pass by
Cons -
- Not really

- The rooms are outdated and there were some stains on the walls . Given the fact that the price wasn’t astronomical I would still recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in the area.

Good budget hotel with friendly staff . Secure underground parking and good breakfast buffet

Location for what we needed but isn't any use for Passau town centre without transport.
Hotel was NOT as advertised. No tea/coffee facilities and no bar. We were out early every morning so didn't need breakfast so this was why tea/coffee was important. Also no bar, so could not have a drink after getting back late, had to drive to find a drink which wasn't the point. Should not have these features advertised when they aren't available. Would not have chosen this hotel if we had known this. Rooms basic but ok. €8 to park if small car park is full, again not known before hand.
I did not stay there. The reason for it was that l couldn't park my car in a hotel carpark. The receptionist was very unpleasant, and I was told to find a carpark somewhere in the town. I would need to pay for the parking and walk back to the hotel on a very bad rainy night. So l was very unhappy with that..
The room was very ugly, everything looked very old, the sheets were ok but if you looked at the bed frame it was very dirty. The biggest minus was that in our room the sink tap didn't work and we went to reception 3 times and they said they were sorry they couldn't help us because there wasn't a manager there to speak with, they told us the manager would contact us when he comes to work the next day, But no one contacted us—terrible services.
Breakfast was great. The dining room was very spacious. The hotel is up on a hill. Which I was glad to know in advance for our arrival. It was easy to walk into the town from there.
close to the autobahn, if you’re just staying for transit
very outdatedcould he a bit cleanerthe one staff member we met was a bit arrogant and not welcominglifts were oldexpensive
Nothing at all
The staff were rude, the room was dirty and dustyThe furniture looked 40 years old beds uncomfortable, floors dirty, horrible breakfast over priced.
The location
The price was too high and we had to pay an extra charge of VAT which was €11 which was not mentioned whilst booking the hotel. The website said €69 per room but when we went there we were charged €81. Instead of being €163.30 for 2 rooms including tax we paid €172, including the extra €8 for parking. It was not mentioned anywhere that we had to pay VAT.
Good position , near center, clean rooms
The stuff ignore English language
Pleasant
We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked the one with 1x double bed + 1x sofa bed, but unfortunately got just one with 1x double bed. Everything else was good, no other complaints.
Good location, possibility to park the car in the hotel garage.
The price seems to go up in this hotel and the services go down. We used to have a kettle, tee and coffee in the superior room before and now the price is even higher and the tee and coffee is cancelled. Also there used to be normal glasses before, which were actually replaced by plastic glasses. So it feels like the service level has fallen down rapidly.
The location.
Rooms were small and facility had some kinda bad smell. There was a gentle man at the reception who wasn’t receptive at all. The ladies were nice to us tho
Breakfast was surprisingly good. Especially after staying in a tiny room, and an elevator that was out of commission. Lugged the luggage up the stairs. The bathroom was better than the rest of the room.
The room itself. Tiny. Kept the window open all night. No room for our luggage. No elevator.
The breakfast was very good. The evening receptionist was excellent.
The hotel is tired and very plain. For the price we are disappointed. We stayed in another hotel in Koln for 97€ which was far superior in every way. The shower was adequate at best. Broken tiles, no way to hold water in the bath. Hard/rough towels.
The room was very nice clean and tidy. The breakfast was great value
The hotel is away from the town and ifyou didn't have a car or bikes, would be a long walk.
All ok, clean and good selection of food was good.
no access to coffee on arrival or any food or beverages.
Good location, near the motorway, its a 3-5 minute detour.
The car park isn’t too spacious. There is a underground garage but unfortunately our van wouldn’t fit.
