a terrific find! The room was larger than expected; parking next door was easy; breakfast was great; short walk to the city centers

fully equipped kitchen didn't offer some of the basics; hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms; instructions not available for operating heating and A/C

Very nice and clean and close enough to attractions.

Can’t really complain about anything! GPS address on google maps and Waze was wayyyy off, but we got lucky and found it… when you get to “you have arrived” keep driving and look for the rivers sign.

Very comfortable bed and room was very spacious! The breakfast was excellent!!

The appartment. We had a 2 bedroom, enough place for 3-4 people. The rooms were brandnew and absolutely clean. The bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower an a stand-alone bathtub with a view to the Veste.

The breakfast room was quite small. Therefore the buffé was not really rich.

Room is really big, super clean, auto check in very convenient, the front desk is very helpful.

Great location, fast automatic check-in. We had a one night stay here, and it was great. Parking garage is great but expect tight slots. Room and bathroom is extra spacious and clean, nice balcony. Nespresso machine is life saving.

We had cigarette smoke smell in our room, breakfast was overcrowded and noone really care. Coffee machine broken but they didn't try to fix it by bringing a nespresso machine (which is available in all rooms). Breakfast selection was okayish but nothing extra.

Excellent covered parking at a fair price. Large room with efficient and well provisioned kitchen, great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was mediocre. One felt like there was a competition for the food.

Excellent location adjacent to the river.Our room (308) had a lovely view of the river and ancient buildings beyond. Huge room fully fitted out with cooking facilities. Wonderful heated bathroomGood store very close.Parking out front or in adjacent carpark.

You have to lift luggage up steps from carpark to entrance level

We always come here when we are stopping in Passau. Perfect place for stopover and for staying longer too. Family- and dog-friendly place with private parking and late check-in. Floor-heating is very good!

Stairs from the ground to the entrance are very high, so going with luggage and kid(s) and push-chair or with an elderly dog is a little bit inconvenient. A wider ramp would be better.

Nice, spacious room - good location.

-One small suggestion. Next to the available coffee cups it would be nice if there were also some teabags to prepare a cup of tea.

The view from the big windows of the studio towards the old town, the river and the castle was so beautiful that we were not bored even when staying inside the room because of the cold weather outside. The walk to the okd town was pleasant too!

Modern apartment decorated with attention to detail and comfort in mind. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, great view to the old city through a glass wall that's really soundproof. Modern parking facility where you don't have to worry if your car will fit.

Love the location. And ease of parking for the hotel. The room is huge and exceptionally clean. It is in a quiet area while accessible by walking to all the sights and nearby restaurants. If you are visiting Passau, this is the place to stay.

Car park could be provided free. There's plenty of lots

The room is spacious and well equipped. Great view from the bathroom. Helpful staff. Clean and enjoyable room. The breakfast was good. Location convenient. Parking very convenient and reasonably priced.

1) the quality of the bed sheet and the quilt did not match the standard of the rest of the room. The quilt cover was fine. 2) there was a slight whiff of toilet drain in the room. Only one of us detected it but it bothered me a little bit.
