B&B Hotel Passau-West

The bed was clean and comfy. The AC was good.

Our bathroom smelled like an open sewer. The smell didn't go away during our 48h stay. We got a confirmation for two parking spots beforehand. When we arrived all the spots were taken.

Nice location, clean place.

For 3 people and a dog the room was much too small. In our 10 days journey through Europe it was the most expensive accomodation for the least comfort.

Clean, quiet room with firm mattress and excellent bathroom facilities. Desk staff very polite and helpful! Wonderful restaurants nearby Outstanding breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel!

No concerns

We e joyed the check in machine and the family room. Kids had confy beds, clean and warm.

There was no minifridge

Fits for its purpose - good size family room in its category, bunk bed was fun for the kids. Decent size bathroom. Bit far from the city centre. Could have a bit more options for breakfast for the price we paid. Overall all good, and got what expected.

Car park on the property, lovely staff.

Small Tv and only German channels.Vending machine only with coins not card.

The cleanliness, the practicality in everything, easy parking, the room is equiped with everything you need, warm and comfy.

Nothing!

Clean property inside and out, close enough to the city center of Passau within a 30 minute walk. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options and good quality coffee but the staff and exceptional service stood out the most here. One of the front reception desk employees was especially helpful during my stay. When i arrived i had no charge on my phone while me and my friend were separated and she was kind enough to let me use her personal charger and answer any questions i had in english despite it not being her first language. Don’t expect to receive the most top tier facilities here as it is a budget oriented hotel, But do expect to be greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness.

Was clean, nice and comfortable.

Exceptional hotel, great price and with large on-site carpark and 24-hr check-in, perfect for overnight stops as well as longer stays. Room had plenty of fresh air and the hotel is located in a very quiet location with midday checkout- Perfect for long un-interrupted and healthy sleep! The three-bed room actually has a full size and long length (maybe 2 meters) single bed intelligently arranged in a corner to provide good space from the main bed. (Great for tall children!). Very comfortable, very clean, modern and safe. Staff were fantastic too. Not overbearing, just super happy, helpful and kind. Tasty breakfast too! All boxes ticked!

Brings a usual good b&b standard like clean room and bathroom, sheets and towels aswell, good parking too. Staff are good as gold super friendly and helpful, keep up the good work???

The only thing i would say is the door soundproofing was not the best but other than that everything was good

Is a good hotel and very clean and the room had air conditioning so it was nice and cool.

Good location, good value for money. The only thing missing is a little fridge

I gave it a 10 just because it ticked everything we needed. Sure, it can be more spacious, or more luxuriant, but it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful (we had a request related to our diabetic dog), the hotel is on a quite street, not far from the motorway, close to a supermarket, a McDonalds, a Subway, there is a kebab shop also close by. So all went well, thank you!

Very clean and confortable room

Too expensive, it's first time I paid on Booking a higher price than was is displayed at the hotel

Very clean and safe, a lot of Police take their breakfast every morning there.

Quiet and easy to check-in and checkout.

The breakfast!

The duvet cover was moist.. and there was a smell in the room.

Staff very friendly, very clean and nice

You can't pay with card coffee at vending machine

quite good location, super fast check in and super clean bathroom and room.

The negative side of my experience was the beds that were to small for 1.88m person, unfortunately.

composition of the room

the staff are nothing. and we had trouble checking in on the computer, they saw that but didn't help

The hotel was very clean high standard service receptionist very polite very happy with our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like everything was perfect
