Very clean good and comfortable bed..big tv like in cinema a good experience

Nice hotel with good atmosphere and breakfast

Bit if a walk from town

Lena was super helpful on reception, sauna was lovely clean and hot. The room was warm and clean. The bathroom was finished to a high standard

Balcony door can’t be shut from outside no handle so the room gets cold while you are outside

The accommodation provides a cosy, friendly atmosphere. The room itself is comfortable, big and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Ideal for a short term stay in Passau.

A kettle in the room would be great.

the hotel was clean, good location, price quality. good breakfast

We booked this place last minute after arriving in Passau by train, with bikes to start the Danube bike trail. It’s a bit away from the downtown area, across Inn River. Rather generic in decor, but comfortable enough with two double beds. The sauna area looked really nice - but we were too late after dinner and left too early to use it. There’s a nice little workout area with a trampoline. That was fun.

Parking garage with charging possibilityGreat breakfast buffetFriendly and helpful staff

The hotel feels a little like a big student campus. Nothing wrong just different

Great hotel in a quite part of town. An easy walk to the river or to any location in Passau. The room was clean, the comp breakfast was great and we had a nice balcony. A grocery store and pharmacy is across the street. A laundromat is a few block away.

I liked there is both overground and underground (locked) parking. For a fee, but still good to have the option. Used the hotel while transiting Hungary, Austria, Germany towards Netherlands. A comfortable and beautiful place to have a break.

Nice professional stuff, good quiet place. Dog friendly,my baby was very welcome ?

The floors wasn’t so clean,my white socks became black?

The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Great size. Big comfy beds. Good powerful hot shower. Very clean. Nice balcony.Garage to store bikes safely.Unfortunately we arrived late so didn't use the facilities or the free sauna so can't comment.

No dislikes but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The rooms and bed were quite big. We also hast a small balcony. Nearby parking was available for a small cost. The walk across the bridge into town was not too far.

Lovely room with all amenities. Very comfortable beds and modern bathroom and air-conditioning as well. Outstanding breakfast. Conveniently situated on the bus route.

Cleaning

They asked me to park my car in another parking lot, not in the hotel property and after that they asked me to pay for the parking!!!Also, they asked me to pay for the dog a sum per day which is not displayed anywhere!

Clean decent hotel near Passau

Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the room, needed to sit in the lobbyNot enough parking places, parked outside the facilityNot very close to Passau center
