mk hotel passau

Staff was extremely helpful and kind and thankfully, spoke English. They had free luggage storage which was so generous and allowed me to explore the city before departure. Located near train station and easy walking access to all tourist destinations.

None!

Close to train station. Reasonably close to River cruise docks. Clean and modern with large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel caters to cyclists touring the river bike trails. They have a bike storage room. There's bike rental at train statio

The breakfast was excellent. There was so much to choose from. We liked the choice to eating out in the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for our train travel.

We were on the first floor. We had to walk around three sides of a square to get to our room. If we could have cut through the breakfast room on the off hours, it would have been much more convenient.

Location !! Relative comfort

Heater in bathroom at 29°C and floor heating too hot for room with now way to regulate. Had to unplug the heater in bathroom.

Wonderful staff. Steps from HBF. Clean and comfortable

for us the location was perfect- right across from the train station.

In room real coffee, or even free coffee in the lobby, or the ability to just get coffee in the dining area. We did not have coins for the lobby machine.

Very friendly staff. They helped us find a place to do laundry. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location staff were friendly and rooms were clean.

Found it a little dark in the room. Lights would have been nice. But it worked.

The rooms were very comfortable and well designed. The location was great really near the train station and an easy walk to old town.

Proximity to railroad station and quality of included breakfast.

Austere decoration of room.

Hotel was very conveniently located next to the train station where we arrived from. Checkout was a bit later than some hotels, so that was very nice. We were easily able to get a taxi to get to the location for our river cruise.

No breakfast was included with our reservation, but that was fine, so we went across the road to the train station wher there is a lovely bakery.

Located across street from train station.Plain, no-nonsense accommodations.Clean, safe and quiet.

Some of the staff at front desk were not as accommodating as could be.

Very convenient to the train station, easy walk into town. Very clean, very modern. Breakfast was good if not exceptional. Staff were fine, they did have their hands full with an IT outage.

No big issues. The A/C was marginal.

Breakfast

Front desk staff could be friendlier/Baggage Storage not secure, anybody can get your luggage

It was a good location.

Rude staff. Couldn’t park our Vespa underground in the parking garage.

Close to town and the train station. Big rooms.
