- The friendly, efficient staff, the quiet location and the spacious room ?
Cons -
- The restaurant closes at 21:00 and our schedule meant we weren't able to give it a try.
- Location is about a 25 min walk to town centre but was aware of this at outset when booking but staff pointed out you could walk on a scenic woods walk which we did and the views were amazing. Of course a taxi is a lot quicker and there is also a bus.
- Everything was good at the comfort.

Poor
When I was checking out staff was checking my room like I was a thief ... was rude I have never seen such an attitude in my life.I still wonder was this because I am a foreigner ?
Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety for all tastes. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
pillows on the bed were rather flat, needed to ball it up to get comfortable, 2 per person would have been better.. generally not much for the "didn't like" list.
Location was ideal for our purpose.
No tea/coffe facilities in the room.
Lovely quiet location, easy reach from the town centre.
Everything was spot on
The hotel and the staff were just first class
It was just a very positive experience.
