Brenzhotel Heidenheim

Great central location to get anywhere in town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean!

Booked a room for one night, for sleeping few hours after the corporate Christmas party. Perfect choice for this purpose. Good location, clean room, good WiFi provided.

Good location, clean. Room small but has everything you need including little refrigerator, TV, place to hang your clothes, ets.

Traffic noise.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and functional. Nice desk space and excellent central location.

No A/C or fan at 30°C outside. Bathroom was very small. No breakfast options for my food intolerance

The hotel receptionist refused to accept the payment I already made via booking.com I was forced to pay again at the hotel.I was unfairly charged twice. I Conplained multiple times but no one helped. I.asked the hotel to contact booking.com but they refused and insisted in forcing me to pay again.Never again !!!

The room has generous space. The bed is good quality. Particularly nice was the high quality of the breakfast - rolls from artisanal bakery close by, fresh coffee and hot chocolate.

Did not like the intensive smell of the perfume used to wash the bedsheets.

Really nice hotel, super centrally located, there r restaurants, shopping centre,pedestrian zone like 1 min away. Really nice guy at the reception who can help you with everything, super friendly with great advice (not used to this in germany hehe :-p). I got a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. Impeccably clean, you also get slippers, toiletries, water, everything :-) and there is fridge in the room. Will def come again!

Everything was perfect

Location;Acceptable breakfast;Good internet;

Rains inside bedroom;Heating system disconnected automatically during the night;Most of the staff unable to speak in English;

The hotel is located near to the railway station and bus station. Also, it is located in the city center where all amenities are at walking distance.

Considering the price, it was very good. The Bed was comfy and I slept very well. Place is central only 3 min walking distance to the train station or bus hub.

It is next to a main road, so a bit noisy. Sure, this is what you get if you go to the center. Shower was ok, but water temperature could have been higher.

Excellent staff. Spavious rooom very central

Perfect location, completely newly renovated, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this to everyone.

The bed was a little bit too soft for us, but we could get a good night's sleep.

it was in the center of the city, everything is gathered there and the shopping center is next to you.. the staff were very friendly though

it didn't have air conditioning, it was too hot... we couldn't open the windows, the street had a lot of traffic from cars and excessive noise... it wasn't particularly clean... the room didn't have a refrigerator.

Very friendly staff and near to the train station. Very central

The Hotel is unfortunately located next to a busy street. During the night it was a bit loud

location in center of town
