Location and cleanliness

Advertising this property as air conditioned is a joke. Neither the hotel lobby, restaurant, or room, offered any relief from the heat. Instead, doors were open and there was no circulation in the hotel. The room was stuffy and could not be cooled.

This hotel was great all around. Large, comfortable rooms with necessary amenities, including coffee station and minibar. Great breakfast. Convenient location. And a very nice bar area, with a delicious bar menu - great for a light dinner or drinks.

I was satisfied all round.

Big and quite good hotel next to the Congress Center,very convenient if you have to attend a congress.Breakfast is super!

The bathtub was not very clean and Shampoo was empty.

Location

The way we were treated because chelsea fc team was in the hotel. Not allowed in the reception or the lounge also the spar was stopped going in as a players were in there. Is a joke as im a paying guest as well had to stay in my room which is not fair as I wanted to relax in the lounge with a drink

A few steps away from the Congress center. Lovely gym, sauna including Finnish sauna. Clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

The garage is in the basement underneath the hotel. The parking tariff I paid is 8 Euro over the night. It is hard to assess if this is a reasonable price in the area around the hotel. With dinner I asked for a smaller Schnitzel, which was served including a 30% reduction in price. Very positive indeed. The staff at reception was very friendly. All in all a very pleasant hotel

Good breakfast, nice room

Paid parking, water in the shower regulated itself between cooler and hotter every couple of seconds, no extreams, but still a little bit unpleasant.

It’s clean, handy parking/car charger. I like that they have a restaurant downstairs.

No aircon, so we have to open the door to the balcony but it’s noisy as the overflowing customers from the restaurant are loud.

Not my first trip to this hotel but a first with a bad experience. As usual, high quality room and breakfast.

Staff was unpleasant and not provided any information about the breakfast hours, WiFi and also about the "construction" sit inside the hotel. My experience was that I arrived late to the hotel and wanted to have some nap in the morning, but at 8 am started construction works in the fitness room with drilling and so on, also the cleaning staff was annoying me every 10 minutes and tried to get in my room to clean it while I tried to sleep a bit. Very bad experience for that time

This modern hotel did not have enough lighting to read anything. Would not return for this reason. Food is mediocre to ok. Would nit eat there again.
