Holiday Inn Express Regensburg By IHG

Clean

That they charged to use the parking garage and outlets in bathroom did not work.

location to the alt stadt

The hotel is perfect and has a great location for walking to excellent restaurants in the city.We had a comfortable stay with our family. It was only a few days, but we would return more often.

The coffee was good, but unfortunately we weren't lucky enough to get hot scrambled eggs. That's all.

A modern hotel, easy to check in, with small rooms and parking available under the building. Breakfast is good.

Orange juice could be real juice.

Very good location, easy to get too, friendly staff and very good value for money.

There was a bit of dust in places in the bedroom on certain furniture and wall decorations. Food display was amazing but rather tasteless.

The hotel is good, 24h hour front office which was convenient. The room was clean.

There weren't any rooms available with three separate beds.

Really nice area, slept like a log on the comfortable bed. Superb breakfast and staff fell over themselves to help.

The hotel was easily accessible since we had a car and the parking was super easy beneath the building. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable for our short visit. It is walkable to the castle which was great for our Christmas Market adventure.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was an easy walk to the Palace/Markets. BioMart just on the corner. About 10min walk to Central Train Station.

A wide selection of food and drinks for breakfast, pleasant environment. Possibility to sit in the evening with family or friends with the possibility of ordering at the 24-hour bar. The room was spacious, standardly equipped. The elevator was functional. The staff was nice.

We were quite cold in the room, despite complaining at the reception, it was colder than in the other parts of the hotel. It didn't matter how many degrees were set on the remote control. Frequent problems with the functionality of the cards, both when entering the room and especially in the elevator. Slightly illogical lighting in the room. The sink didn't drain well. Three mugs would have been nice instead of two.

Good location

The staff who received us on the first day was not an easy one to approach for assistance. The staff on the remaining days were friendly, but the toilet exhaust was not functioning throughout our 4 night stay, despite complaining about it on the first night itself and also on the followed days. Good enough for a couple for a short stay, but not spacious for a family with kid.

Breakfast included, family friendly.

Parking related instruction not told by the front desk.

The room and the breakfast, and the staff is so friendly.

The only dinner available was pizza?. Parking space is very expensive. The direction is so bad, you have to drive through a compound with very small streets.

Clean and no funny smell

Parking was not included and was extremely expensive

Nice room, good breakfast, close to parking and easy from highway

Far from city center

Exactly what we expected. Perfect hotel for 1 night if travelling for business or wedding guests.Very quiet room despite being next to a busy street.

Breakfast options were very "german". Not many warm food options. The breakfast room should be cleaner

good coffee, nice staff

more variety on the breakfast
