Pros +
- Modern lovely place! I loved how artsy it was all around the areas. The room was quite standard but very comfy and satisfying. Shower with great with warm water all the time even when it was snowing outside.
- Nice hotel with pretty garden and outside sitting area, spacious apartment, helpful staff spoke English :-)Brkfs buffet with lots of choices.
- Large, clean apartment, way bigger than expected from a hotel room. The location is not very central but the walk to the old town is very scenic as it crosses the historic bridge across Danube. It has a dedicated parking garage, which is nice.
Cons -
- Location is abit outside the city center, like 12min walk to the center. but I actually liked it that way. Because you have more nature around. It's very close to the stone bridge which is a lovely area that I liked
- Hotel on a busy road, you hear the traffic a lot. Old and uncomfortable sofa + "bean bag" chair in the living room. Second floor bedroom (great plus) however the staircase is very steep :-(
- We had breakfast the first morning but by the time we went down (30 minutes before it officially stopped) hardly anything was left and nothing was replenished. We felt it wasn’t value for money so had breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our trip. Also the bar wasn’t open very long either which was a little disappointing.

Comfortable room not far from the main town which you could easily walk to. Staff were friendly.

Great room. Fantastic patio/outdoor area. Decent breakfast.
We had 3 adults in a 2 room family unit which was perfectly comfortable. The space in the main room was a bit tight for 2 suitcases. The decor in the common areas of the hotel were unique and whimsical. It was fun to wander and explore the many varied spaces. I’d love to be there in warmer weather when the inner courtyard is utilized. Our room faced the inside courtyard so it was quiet without any sounds from the road. Walking to Regensburg old town was convenient and pleasant. We definitely hope to return one day.
Very well newly refurbished hotel with private garage: we liked a lot the attention to details. Very good breakfast
Loved the rooms, small but very clean and chic. The bathrooms were perfect!
Wish the lobby/bar was opened later
The apartment we stayed in was gorgeous, huge, with a kitchenette and sofa area that enabled us to have other wedding guests over for a cup of tea. Location perfect, 10 minute walk from the old town.
Good size room for my family, exceptionally friendly staff, quiet rooms despite the fact that the hotel is located on a busy road. The beds were comfortable and the AC units in perfect condition which was very much appreciated.
The room was surprisingly unclean!
This is a clean, comfortable hotel with a lovely garden and outside space for ground floor rooms. The atmosphere is great and the breakfasts are outstanding. The fact that the hotel is family owned and run only adds to the attraction. Good access from motorway and underground parking.
I liked it all!
Very stylisch, nice clean and renovated rooms, VERY nice people at the reception desk, definitiv something to recommend.
I chose to book this hotel based on the room I selected which I did not receive when I arrived. The stairs to the loft were not to code, at least in the US and dangerous. Hotel is close to bus lines.
Staff was not inclined to show us around upon arrival, offer help, suggestions. Room was kitchen was sparse on amenities and there was no coffee. We were instructed to wash our own dishes since staff did not do dishes. Bed was NOT comfortable and towels were scratchy. I requested a back view room but was given a room on the main street which was so noisy that we could not open our windows for fresh air. Keys did not work at gym and female staff said she didn't know why and we would have to wait till the next day for someone else to come in and help us. Laundry service that is offered is only convenient if you are staying a week since it is sent out and turn around is so long. The hotel is trying to be modern and "green" but it appears they are new to the business and not vested in customer service or understand how to run a hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding. I liked the tub in the room although it felt a bit wasteful, I would have liked the option of a shower but I understand the limitations of renovation. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect for my event.
Parking on the street was recommended by the staff, who thought there would be spaces available directly behind the hotel. This was not the case, I had to search for a parking place farther away. Also, when I returned to the hotel the back door was closed and did not have a key card reader that I could locate, forcing me to walk around the block to the front of the hotel to get in. Not show stoppers, just a little annoying.
Very nice, clean comfortable rooms. Appreciate the air conditioning because it was hot outside during our visit.
I did not appreciate dogs barking loudly in the hallway more than once.
Hotel was quiet at night, no noise from traffic even though on a busy street. Breakfast was good and including hit items like eggs.
Nice, modern hotel, with green atrium, crazy art, coffee bar, spacy breakfast room. 3 temporary parking spaces for checkin, then underground garage,perfect.10min by foot to the city.
Missing kettle.
The hotel was closed at my arrival, no instructions on how to enter the hotel was made, no one answered the phone or any other type of communication, basicly the worst experience a traveler can have
Nothing, zero.
Room was very nice, clean and modern. Loved the shower.
Checkout at 10am is a bit harsh for us
The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable.
