It's near to the central station and the center of the city. The room was clean, enough space to put away your clothes, and the room was quite huge to feel comfortable walking around within.

I didn't like the solution of taking a shower in a bathtub. With wet feet, it's most uncomfortable to step out of the bathtub after taking a shower and avoiding slipping in the process of stepping out.

Location, easy walk or bus to train station or Alstadt. Room was good size and comfortable.

Cost of breakfast. No hot water pot in room for coffee or tea.

The King size bed was a bit small for me (I'm 1.92m tall)

Huge room.

Next to TÜV, and there was some renovation, so it was quite noisy when we opened the windows - which was necessary in summer because there is no air-conditioning in the room.

In general a nice hotel, close to the train station, and conveniently close to the university. The breakfast is nice, quite a few options and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite spacious.

I would say this is a rather big issue: mold. The construction of the hotel is such that the bathroom does not have a window, and is quite poorly ventilated. As such there is black mold growing between the tiles is the bathroom. It is also on the wooden frames of the window of the bedroom. I understand this is difficult to avoid in the German climate, especially in older buildings, but black mold is quite bad for your health, so more effort should be made to clean and avoid it.

Very good position for walking into town (15 to 20 mins). Good parking - a few outdoor spaces and the underground carpark are accessed via Bischof-von-Henle-Straße. Friendly lady on reception. Good breakfast, served in the conservatory. Clean room, good curtains, free water.

The bathroom could do with an update - very high bath to climb over to get to the shower, and some black bits round the tiles, though otherwise clean.

Very accessible location, not too far from the highway.The room was very nice with a comfortable bed.

Comfortable, spacious & quiet corner room located at the rear side of hotel. Good bathroom & shower. Side door entrance next to stairs provides convenient access when reception was closed.

Fantastic hotel. Located nearby the train/bus station so you can take from there in 10 minutes by foot or even less by bus. Amazing and helpful service, they can answer on any of your questions. Nice room with all needed. Breakfast is also great, for around €17 per person it is tasty and healthy. While eating breakfast we were seating on the terrace with amazing peaceful view on inner garden.

The staff (especially the male server in the breakfast area) is very friendly and eager to make sure you have a great stay. Delicious breakfast, good coffee. If you are okay with staying outside of the city center (15-20min walking or 10-15min by bus), it's a perfect stay. I will definitely come again.

After 11pm there is no access to the elevator and there was no hot/warm water at night, we had to take a cold shower

No Bus stops nearby, bathroom stall was short, and the water often drops outside the bathtub.
